Knowledge with an image is: If the image is material, then knowledge is not awareness. For example, if space has no self-nature, then there is no vase; if there is a vase, then there is no space. Just as form and formlessness are contradictory, if the image is material, then it is not knowledge; if knowledge is awareness, then the image is not material. If the image is not different from knowledge, then when the image is impermanent and conditioned, wisdom should also be impermanent, because it would become conditioned. Therefore, knowledge with an image is not reasonable. Now let's analyze knowledge without an image, which is the knowledge of meditative equipoise and the knowledge of subsequent attainment. The knowledge of meditative equipoise is the nature of the perfectly established, empty of the thoroughly conceptualized and other-powered, like the center of the sky with the autumn sun, without the defilement of images and elaborations, awareness is clear like a lamp inside a vase, the self-awareness established by scripture and reasoning is established by the direct perception of self-awareness. The scripture is: "As children conceptualize, External objects do not exist, Disturbed by habitual tendencies, Consciousness appears as objects." "Whatever appears whenever, Appears like an illusion at that time, The nature of mind without appearance, Is like the infinite, pure sky." "The Dharmakaya of the Great Sage, Is without elaboration and without appearance, The Rupakaya arising from it, Subsequently exists like an illusion." This passage shows that meditative equipoise is the nature of the Dharmakaya, without the elaboration of external objects such as images, it is non-conceptual, continuous is permanent, and momentary is considered as cause and effect. Subsequent attainment is confused by the power of the habitual tendencies of conceptual thought, and the various things that appear reversed are not true, like an illusion, it is obtained after subsequent attainment. The meditative equipoise and subsequent attainment considered in this way are separate conceptualizations. Also: "All these are only mind, Having known this, before whatever, Even if established, it does not remain, Only on this it abides." This passage reveals the meditation that manifests the non-duality of mind, self-awareness without elaboration and appearance, through the self-awareness of the non-duality of mind. Considering knowledge without elaboration and without the appearance of images as permanent is the view of the Nyingma school, it is Samadhi

The stain of. The five perfections of wisdom without appearance, with the three non-objectifications, purify the three wheels and then do the benefit of sentient beings, which is the view. Here, the compassion of the Sutra School and the Yoga School is also the compassion that focuses on the Dharma. For example, just as the moon in the water is moved by the wind and is not stable, all dharmas are moved by the wind of impermanence. Compassion arises from focusing on the impermanence of all dharmas. The above briefly describes the tenets of the Yoga School. Now, the tenets of the Great Vehicle Madhyamaka are that consciousness-only is not truly established, and if appearance and consciousness are not different entities, then observing appearance with one and many, just as it cannot be established, so too the nature of mind cannot be established. Furthermore, it is unreasonable to arise from existence and non-existence. Because the fruit that arises from existence will arise again, or non-existence will arise, then flowers in the sky and so on will also arise. Similarly, it is unreasonable to arise from the previous moment and the next moment. Because when the previous moment exists as a cause, the next moment does not exist as a fruit; when the next moment exists as a fruit, the previous moment has ceased as a cause. Analyzing with vajra slivers will also have the fault of the causal relationship not being established, so arising is unreasonable. The Great Vehicle Sutra "The Question of the Dragon King Anavatapta" also says: "Whatever arises from conditions does not arise, in it there is no nature of arising, whatever depends on conditions is empty, whoever knows emptiness is wise." Thus, the experience of self-awareness is dependent arising, therefore it is unborn. If there is arising by nature, then it should arise without relying on conditions, but it cannot arise. Also, consciousness without appearance should not be attached to objects. This sentence explains that consciousness without appearance cannot arise, and should become non-consciousness. For example, when an unskilled person with an eye disease looks at the sky, due to the power of impurity, they will see hair strands and so on, and the unskilled person will think it is real. Similarly, merely the contact of appearance is also a mistaken consciousness, due to the power of ignorance, it appears as mind, and the unskilled person will think it is real, it is a mistaken
