From the Tantra of Na: If one meditates well on the Samaya Mudra, the yogi will attain two forms. Therefore, from among humans, a Brahmin is born, and because of knowing shame and having modesty, one can also uphold the three vows, and the four bodies also arise from that. Great qualities and so on also abide in that way. Having obtained it, having received empowerment, listened, meditated, accumulated merit, and meditated on the four yogas of the completion stage, it is within that itself. If one knows the qualities in this way, one should take refuge in the Three Jewels, confess the sins of body, speech, and mind, and although one engages in various activities for the benefit of beings, one transforms them because one understands the meaning of mantra. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas also, without attachment to themselves, accomplish the benefit of others. The term 'Uposatha' means that, as mentioned before, in the main practice and conclusion, at all times or at special times, one practices by explaining the meaning from the Tantra. Excellent times and common fasting months will also come. The term 'Dharma' means that, as I said before, because of faults, for the benefit of beings, one exerts great effort with body, speech, and mind in those activities. If one has the ability and resources, one should build temples and so on, offer clothes, write tantras and sutras, vinaya and abhidharma, and treatises, and make offerings. Even if one does not have the resources, one should still practice with the mind, without missing the four postures, and practice in shifts. The merits of taking refuge in the Great Vehicle are as mentioned before. The emanation body of the Buddha is the taming of Heruka, with hair, and the Dharma is also known from the mind, so it is the Prajnaparamita. The Sangha is also within oneself, so it is the wheel. If one understands in this way, everything by its nature is for the benefit, it is the activity of the Buddha. The main practice and conclusion are as mentioned before, and in this way, ultimately, it is also an excellent army. Without being confused about wisdom, action, aspiration, and past good fortune, one should know to practice in this way. For those who do not have such wisdom, one practices as if treating each one the same, for benefit. If one has compassion, faith, and can keep vows, one will accomplish the path to enlightenment and mantra. In the manner of the four mudras, in the provisional and definitive meanings, there are also four ways of accomplishment. Because one understands the merits of accomplishing the Samaya Mudra, one must practice in this way, and see attachments as compassion, and abandoning actions is the accumulation of accomplishments. Whatever virtuous deeds one does, one should dedicate all actions to Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Practicing with pure intention is the accumulation of merit; not harming others for one's own benefit is the four immeasurables; knowing that all minds are empty is the accumulation of wisdom; knowing this, one protects because there is no other; thus, the mind is the most important, which is the palace; because wisdom arises, one remembers in one's mind that one is the cause, Vajradhara. Merging the non-dual wisdom sattva into the mind. At that time, the senses appear in the objects, which are the deities of the birthplaces; this is also made without self and other duality, which is the three bodies; thereby being able to accomplish the benefit of others, which is the empowerment; tasting the nectar through experience; offering because there is no obstruction; knowing that it is praise because it is extremely rare. Everything comes from the secret tantra: 'That which arises from this is that itself.' Thus, with the word 'that', one meditates on the samaya mudra. That also arises from the body, and there is no conceptualization, which is inexhaustible. Through the lineage, because the benefit of others appears, it is samaya, and because there is no exhaustion, it is mudra. The karma mudra is also known in this way, because happiness arises from the benefit of oneself and others, it is the action of diligence, it is the true mudra. Everything comes from the secret tantra: 'Karma is the action of oneself and others, abiding without deterioration is said to be the seal.' Thus it is said. The dharma mudra is also known from this, everything is transformed into dharma, because there is no hope or fear, one is not distracted. It is said in the tantra: 'From dharma, mind arises, confusion is equal, or even if it arises, it does not waver.' Thus it is. The mahamudra is also known in this way, knowing these three, in oneself, without time or place, the four bodies arise, abiding in the four mudras. It is said in the tantra: 'Mahamudra is the supreme of the supreme, the three times are not equal, it is the dharmakaya.' Thus it is. Knowing this is not beneficial, therefore one should practice. It is said in the tantra that shows the hungry ghosts: 'Because one desires the four bodies, one needs to practice the four mudras, one cannot attain without practice, without cause or condition, even with the ten bhumis, without cause one cannot emanate bodhi.' Thus it is said. The karma mudra is practiced with the channels, winds, and speech. The dharmakaya is practiced without distraction. The mahamudra is practiced without clinging. Thus, other teachers think that after completing the mandala wheel, gathering the deities, meditating on nada, and subtle bindu, without conceptualization, they think that mahamudra is without subsequent attainment. But this is not so, it is necessary to gradually stop the lower ones.
