If it exists, as before, virtue can lead one away from evil destinies, sins, and liberation, the Śrāvakayāna can reach the fourteenth bhūmi, and mantras and the Śrāvakayāna, etc., can also reach. Then, the minds of all Buddhas abide in great bliss, appearing as the Dharmakāya, abiding in the inexpressible, and also proclaiming the three yānas and the necessity of the yānas. Abiding on the fourteenth bhūmi, the nature of Vajradhara is shown as the Rūpakāya. Qualities are free from elaboration, and the discrimination of good and bad appears and is accomplished as desirable qualities. Activities are free from effort, and like Hevajra, all sentient beings are accomplished as the five families, three families, and one family. Knowing this way, the three vows are perfected, and one becomes threefold. The extensive explanation of mantras will be explained in the following chapters, from which you should understand the attainment of empowerment. Abandonment through knowledge is twofold: knowing faults and abandoning them. Knowing faults is twofold: aspiration and engagement. The root fault of aspiration is abandoning the aspiration for the benefit of others and transforming into the Śrāvakayāna. The branches are four: deceiving the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག,ratna,拉特那,宝), the Khenpo (མཁན་པོ,upādhyāya,乌波驮耶,亲教师), the Acharya (སློབ་དཔོན,ācārya,阿阇黎,轨范师), the yogi (རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ,yogin,瑜伽人,瑜伽士), the Paṇḍita (པཎྜི་ཏ,paṇḍita,班智达,学者), the king who protects the Dharma of the Sangha, parents, those worthy of offerings, and seeing or hearing Bodhisattvas generating Bodhicitta, generating it out of jealousy when the same Acharya generates it at the same time, and after the distinctions of Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas have disappeared, not transforming upwards, but instead slandering their virtuous causes and effects, and generating regret, and harming all sentient beings with one's body and speech. The faults of engagement are twofold: the root is abandoning the altruistic mind of the six pāramitās and turning to self-interest. The branches are also four: confessing with hatred is useless, but instead fighting each other, being stingy with attachment, having needs for Dharma and wealth, but not giving them, and not understanding that all dharmas are without self, harming others with a competitive mind, and not desiring the Buddha to benefit others, obstructing cause and effect, thereby abandoning aspiration and engagement. Abandonment is also twofold: knowing that aspiration has declined, abandoning the faults of aspiration, and abandoning the faults of engagement through engagement. Accomplishment through knowledge is twofold: knowing as qualities and accomplishing knowing as qualities. Qualities are threefold: relying on the Buddha, one can see the face of the Buddha.

By taking refuge in the Dharma, one can hear the Buddha's teachings and see the Buddha's face; by taking refuge in the Bodhisattva Sangha, one can associate with Bodhisattva companions. By offering to the Khenpo and Lama as the merit of the path, one can be with the Buddha in this very moment; by abandoning the deception of sentient beings and regret, and practicing the six perfections, one can hear the Mahayana Dharma in this very moment; by abandoning the intention to harm others and having a mind of benefit, one can be with the Bodhisattva in this very moment. By engaging in the qualities of the fruit, practicing the six perfections, showing the Nirmanakaya to those to be tamed, and showing the Sambhogakaya to the appearance of complete accumulation, one is the Buddha in this very moment; by doing whatever is desired and beneficial, one is teaching the Dharma in this very moment; by benefiting through teachings and practice, one is surrounded by Bodhisattvas in this very moment. There are four things to be accomplished: accomplishing the three vows, not allowing them to decline, increasing them, and methods for correcting faults. Accomplishing the three vows means the vows themselves, abandoning sins of both nature and origin, and accomplishing the good of sentient beings, which are the six perfections: giving Dharma and refuge, and giving material things, knowing the three aspects of giver, receiver, and object of giving as illusory, accomplishing the benefit of others; with the discipline of accumulating virtuous Dharma, which are the Pratimoksha vows, the Bodhisattva vows, and the vows of benefiting sentient beings; gladly accepting suffering, not fearing suffering, enjoying food, and the armor-like diligence, application, definite action, non-retreating, heroic diligence; Samadhi body relaxed, speech steady, mind peaceful, and the wisdom of hearing, contemplating, and meditating, knowing all phenomena as illusory, accomplishing the benefit of others. With the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, giving and so on for the benefit of others, acting in order of strength and greatness, without making any promises, accomplishing by knowing illusion in an illusory way. There are eight things to prevent decline: knowing that sentient beings are the result of past karma, therefore practicing diligently; without attachment, therefore giving away the roots of virtue of body and enjoyment; without self, therefore not expecting results; knowing that the Buddha comes from elsewhere, therefore not deceiving; regarding the teacher as the same as the Buddha, therefore attending; friend
