学习形状,如金刚独尖、三尖、莲花、乌 উৎপala(梵文,utpala,睡莲)等。

Due to conditions, impermanence momentarily appears as permanence. Like a vase being visibly destroyed by a stick. Having composite substances, being an object, if damaged, it's like broken pottery. Believing it exists until the end of life, desiring it to continue in the next life, and sin is also believed to be the same. They believe the self of a person is the three skandhas. When searching for the self, it is not found from head to toe. Experiencing pleasure and pain, they believe it is neither existent nor non-existent. There are three aspects to meditation: the faults of meditation, the methods of meditation, and the results of meditation. The fault is suffering in samsara. Furthermore, attachment to pleasant experiences is a fault because of seeing it as self. The method of meditation is to see from head to toe as selfless and impure in order to pacify the self. The result of meditation is that the mind is pacified and one becomes an Arhat. The faults are internally and externally believing in permanence and annihilation, and being attached to the purity of the body and afflictions. The meditation of a middling Shravaka also has three aspects: realizing suffering in samsara without meditation. Furthermore, because thoughts arise from exhaling air, clinging to afflictions by considering it as self is a fault. The method is holding the breath, which is threefold. Counting breaths, from one to ten, to hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions. They believe that by this, faults such as hatred are purified. Holding the breath and counting each one, they believe the self is the three skandhas. Learning colors, such as white and blue, outwardly appearing, inwardly coming, the two strong and weak, from the good place of the mind, the result of remainder and non-remainder arises from that. Learning shapes, like a single-pointed vajra, three-pointed, lotus, and Utpala (Sanskrit, utpala, water lily). The single-pointed one, from the tip of the nose to four fingers, extends outward to a yojana. Gathering from the nostrils to the navel. The three-pointed one, spreading outward from the two nostrils, gathering inward to the tip of the nose, extending as before. The lotus and Utpala (Sanskrit, utpala, water lily), spreading from the tip of the nose, filling the object outwardly, filling inwardly like a vase, they believe that the result of remainder and non-remainder arises from that. The fault is meditating on impurity, and like a vase, it becomes blocked and without mind. Superior Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and the Kashmir Vaibhashikas, are the same as the lowest Dharma-self. They believe there is no self of a person. Therefore, their meditation is also true.

Meditate on the four (dharmas). Furthermore, it is said in the Sutra of the Origin of Karma: "These eight sufferings are aggregates, Because they are formed into aggregates, they are the five poisons." Therefore, in all causes, abandon the five obscurations, And because you know that the suffering of the result is harmful to the body, you are not attached to karma and are selfless, Especially see with wisdom, compassion, impurity, and selflessness, And meditate on that emptiness of selflessness. That is, adding up the virtues of body, speech, and mind above, By placing the previous obscurations on the emptiness of selflessness in oneself, one attains the state of an Arhat. The fault is abandoning the attachment to the self of the individual. The vows of the Great Vehicle are of two types: The vows of a Bodhisattva and the samaya of mantra. The vows of a Bodhisattva are of four types: Conduct, view, practice, and fault. Conduct is of two types: the basis and the actual conduct. The basis is of five types: Sūtra followers, those with aspects, those without aspects, those like illusions, and those who do not abide. Actual conduct is of three types: preparation, main part, and conclusion. That is, there is no difference in conduct, and all five are desired in the three times, but there is a difference in view. The three, preparation, main part, and conclusion, are considered to be dependent origination by the Sūtra followers, Those with aspects consider it to be the appearance of the mind. Those without aspects consider it to be good discernment, Those like illusions consider it to be like illusions, Those who do not abide consider it to be conventional truth, not ultimate truth, like a dream, appearing as untrue, There is no acceptance in ultimate truth. Others consider it to be ultimate truth. The preparation for actual conduct is of nine types: Offering, praise, prostration, taking refuge, confession, rejoicing, exhortation, supplication, and dedication. That is: "Offering and praise and prostration, Taking refuge and confession and rejoicing, Exhortation and supplication, Dedication and the nine are shown as preparation." As stated in the Immaculate Sutra. There are three types of offerings: place, basis, and actual offering. The place is a pleasant place such as a self-arisen and blessed temple, the basis is the Great Bodhi Tree, Bodhisattvas, and Khenpos, and offerings should be made. There are two types of actual offerings: what is offered and the offerer. Regarding what is offered
