Mix pure water, flowers, and fragrance, and recite: Om Ah Vajra Bhumi Hum (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་བྷཱུ་མི་ཧཱུ༵།, oṃ āḥ vajra bhūmi hūṃ, om ah vajra bhumi hum, Om Ah Vajra Bhumi Hum), and smear the ground, contemplating it as the vajra foundation.
