Because minute particles cannot be established, when six of them are joined together, a minute particle will become six parts. If these six parts are in one place, they will become a tiny atom. Thus it is said. Therefore, the most minute particle is not a single substance, because there is no single entity, so the classification of that substance shows countless minute particles. Therefore, minute particles exist. Since minute particles cannot be established, it is shown that the skandha of form is completely non-existent. Feelings and other remaining dharmas are established as formless without needing to be examined, because they are not of the nature of form. Moreover, if these dharmas exist in the skandha of form and exist through dependence and object, then they cannot be considered different. Therefore, because the skandha of form does not exist, in short, it is said here that these dharmas also do not exist. In this way, the selflessness of phenomena is correctly shown. Even so, those of inferior intelligence, due to the power of the complete maturation of the habitual tendencies of beginningless elaboration, will not understand and believe, but will instead refute. They will say: If it is admitted that the selflessness of phenomena exists because of the aggregation of minute particles of form, etc., then this mind, which cognizes it in the manner of a grasper, is therefore truly existent. To this it should be said that, as previously stated, the objects to be grasped, such as form, are dependently originated and are separated from self-nature. Similarly, since minute particles are aggregated, they are shown to be non-existent. Thus, since there is no object to be grasped, the grasper will also be shown to be non-existent, because the grasper depends on the object to be grasped. Similarly, what is said to be the cognizer is also non-existent. As it is said in the Explanation of the Mind of Enlightenment: What is known by the knower? Since there is no object of knowledge, there is no knowledge. Thus, why not admit that the knower and the known are not real entities? Thus it is said. And, The various minds of the knowable and the knower, the Tathagatas have not seen them thus. Wherever the knowable and the knower are, there enlightenment exists. Without characteristics and

Unborn. Unshowable and unspeakable. The mind of enlightenment is like space, the nature of non-duality of enlightenment. Thus and so on, it is extensively explained. If the mind is completely non-existent, then the Bhagavan should not show only mind. Also, the Bhagavan said: 'Oh, sons of the conquerors, these three realms are only mind.' If the Bhagavan shows without self-nature and without need, then it is not so. It is true that the Bhagavan does not act without need, otherwise the absence of need itself is the need. What is it? It should be said. The Bhagavan, for the sake of the childish beings, shows only mind by the power of great compassion. Why? Because the children whose minds are inverted by ignorance, when they hear that all dharmas are selfless, they will all be frightened and perceive it as a cliff. Therefore, in order to dispel their near fear, the Bhagavan showed only mind, but it is not the ultimate truth. Thus, the 'Explanation of the Mind of Enlightenment' says: 'All these are only mind, as the capable one has said, that is not the ultimate truth, but to dispel the fear of children.' In the sole nature of emptiness, this is the way to examine the mind. Thus it is said. Also, as the 'Garland of Appearances' says: 'Relying on only mind, one does not discriminate external objects. Thus, in the object of suchness, one should transcend from only mind. After transcending from only mind, one will abide in the absence of appearance. The yogi who abides in the absence of appearance, he will see the Great Vehicle.' Thus it is said. Question: Although the mind has no aspect of a holder and no nature of an awakener, yet in the treatises of yogis, only mind is complete, and is the pure one truly existent by the object of activity of the nature of self-awareness of each individual? Answer: It should be said. The mind is formless, and likewise without beginning and end, and is momentary, so there is no abiding in the three times, so it is not existent. Thus.
