It will become three types. Among them, the object of focusing on sentient beings is to arise from focusing on sentient beings who are suffering from suffering, and those who are tormented every day by the suffering of change. The object of focusing on the Dharma is to arise from focusing on all Dharmas that fall into the poverty of impermanence in every moment. The object of no focus arises from meditating on all Dharmas as being without substance and without focus. So, are these meditated on simultaneously or separately? This should be explained: Wisdom and skillful means are the same, without difference. Likewise, the meditation on it is different due to different habits. At the time of meditating on compassion without object, it is the nature of skillful means and wisdom, but it is not the case when meditating on other compassion, because it focuses on the nature of reality, and because there is no elaboration, it should not be one with the nature of wisdom. Therefore, when meditating on self-nature, meditating together, distinguishing by the names of skillful means and wisdom, is also established separately in this way, as has been previously stated and will be stated later. Also, when meditating on compassion without object, how does one meditate on becoming the nature of skillful means and wisdom? It should be explained: All things are the nature of self, the yogi becomes compassionate, the order of meditation is the latter, becomes the nature of Mahamudra. From the order of meditation, the yogi becomes the nature of all things, and thus becomes the nature of great compassion. After that, it becomes the nature of Mahamudra, which is a brief instruction. Among them, the oral instruction for meditating on becoming the nature of skillful means and wisdom is: First, the yogi generates the yoga of his own deity in one instant, and in this order, he should meditate on himself as the essence of all things. Among them, the self is the nature of ignorance, the nature of Vairochana, so it is the nature of the form aggregate that pervades all beings. The self is the nature of pride, greed, jealousy, and hatred.

That is, the nature of Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, and Akshobhya, is the nature of the aggregates of feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness that pervade all beings. Having thus become the nature of all things, one manifests great compassion with beings as the object and Dharma as the object, abandoning attention to things and non-things, as well as one's own things and others' things, and truly gathers the mind from all things and does not think at all. Thus, the yogi who does not think of anything, who has previously relied on the lama for a long time, by the grace of the lama, the Bhagavan Mother Prajnaparamita will arise, because one truly returns from the distinction between measuring by measure and the fruit to be measured, with the nature of self-appearance and the nature of non-elaboration, separated from the nature of suffering of the elaborated cycle of existence, with the nature of supreme joy, one truly realizes with a mirror-like union. By this power, alas! By what power of ignorance, even though these beings are already of the nature of Nirvana, they do not know it themselves. So, how should I make them realize this? After thinking like this, if one contemplates all beings as this nature, then the compassion without object will arise, and one should contemplate this self of nature as the essence of all things. Thereafter, the yogi who is the nature of all things, having become powerful by meditating on the nature of great compassion, after that, one contemplates oneself as the nature of great compassion, which is the essence of all things, that is, another name for the Bhagavan Mother Prajna, which is called the Great Seal, and contemplates it as being mixed together like water and milk, becoming a non-different essence. When, when it becomes like this, at that time, meditating on its nature, it will be completely revealed. Therefore, this yoga increases and is called the nature of all merits. That is to say, this yoga at that time is skillful means and wisdom.
