For all kinds of sentient beings with various thoughts, with various words, with various letters, with various expressions spoken in specific regions, and with various tones to be understood, bless them and explain the principles of secret mantras, as it is said. In the words of glorious gathering and so on, it is also said that the consort is wisdom itself. Bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,bhaga,Auspicious) is its essence, and abiding is its nature. There, the Vajra of body, speech, and mind of the Bhagavan, all Tathagatas, the lord of all Tathagatas, great compassion, is the very nature of Bodhicitta Vajra. Its consort is the great mudra, the Bhagavan, the mother of wisdom, also known as Samantabhadri. Bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,bhaga,Auspicious) is the essence, and some also say it is emptiness. The Bhagavan abiding there becomes its nature, separated from all distinctions, merged into one, and as long as samsara is not empty, the inexpressible Bodhisattvas and Tathagatas, as well as mudras, mandalas, countless mantras, although without simultaneous conceptualization, but with the momentum of previous karma, for the benefit of all sentient beings, abide in the manner of "what should I do," this is its meaning. That is, all the winds of conceptualization are like an unmoving wish-fulfilling jewel. Although abiding in this way, it fulfills all the wishes of sentient beings. As it is said. Similarly, in the four tantras, this supreme reality of mantra is practiced following the thoughts of the beings to be tamed, and the protector reveals it through mindfulness. Not understanding the reality of mantra, unable to do it, for that purpose, the moon vajra and others in sequence, reveal the meditation of the generation stage. From this very manifestation, completely clarifying the reality of mantra, in order to make it clear, it is spoken by the Bhagavan Vajradhara. Even if speaking with the opening cause, the mantra that is spoken is said to manifest the reality from within it, and the rest is considered to be incidentally produced. Therefore, with the teaching of the reality of mantra as described in the Vairochana Abhisambodhi Sutra and others as the guide, the conventional

Therefore, the characteristics of mantras are explained. That is, the secret mantras of the perfectly enlightened Buddhas are characterized by words, names, and symbols. Because the words are mastered, all the meanings of the mantras can be accomplished. Some mantras contain imperative words, and some first state their own names. Those connected with (ཧཱུྃ,Hum, हूं,seed syllable) and (ཕཊ,Phat,फट,cut) are praised as belonging to the crown protuberances. Such as "zung zo chom shig" and "snun sod drol chig," the Wrathful One said that they are the mantras of hand gestures and wrathful deities. Those connected with (ན་མ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་,nama svāhā,नमः स्वाहा,homage, fulfillment), samadhi is characterized by realization. Peaceful letters are very pure, and they accomplish all hopes. Secret mantras are the protection of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Such things are widely proclaimed. Similarly, in the tantras such as the "Compendium of the Reality of the Blessed One," which are distinguished by the divisions of yoga, conduct, and action, whatever the stages of arising in the manner of the moon and the vajra, etc., are also for the purpose of entering the very nature of the ultimate reality of mantras. Therefore, mantra practitioners should have the unelaborated Great Seal as spoken, and be endowed with the union of non-duality. This is certain. Regarding this, if one fabricates something that is not real, then the reversal of karma is a definite cause. Those who ascertain this principle will completely engage in the fabrication itself. Then, the sound itself is that reality, and in ultimate truth, it is non-different. It should be understood in the manner of Vajrasattva, etc., relying on specific concepts. Possessing the nature of all things, through self-appearance becoming the path, at that time, oneself is the object of offering. Such things as this, through self-offering, one obtains excellence, and if it is related to the subsequent, then one offers oneself with all objects such as form. Some think, if the experience is real, then how can there be no contradiction? But that is not so, because whenever anything in the three realms is not liberated from fabrication, at that time, one should not despise the very nature of that fabrication itself. Fabrication is of two kinds, namely, the way of true reality and the way of non-true reality. Among these, in the way of true reality, one fabricates as oneself.
