Thus, this (initiation) yogi should purify the three realms. So it is said. Also in the Tantra of the Assembly of All Buddhas, it is said: By the union of all perfections, whoever binds the foolish, he is the great wise one here. The mind is the perfect yogi, and it is accomplished like a lamp elsewhere. So it is said. Also, the secret of the conduct beyond the world should be practiced in non-discrimination. Otherwise, if one becomes negligent, then there will be scattered thoughts there. In all ways, at all times, if the mind is placed in the nature of non-discrimination, then there is no doubt, and at that time there is no doubt of accomplishment. At all times and in all circumstances, with a mind without doubt, even if one enters into all actions, it will not become a bond. With a non-discriminating mind, practicing all actions without remainder, and enjoying all the senses, if one abides in the Bodhicitta, then it will not become a bond. So it is said. Also, all this form is emptiness, and the eye is also the aspect of emptiness, and while seeing, one does not discriminate, and the holy one will become without doubt. Also in that same Tantra it says: Everything is the nature of space, and the mind is also the nature of space, and if one relies on it, then there is no discrimination, and the absence of doubt arises greatly. So it is said. Also, what is the conduct of the yogis like? If with a mind without doubt, in all actions one is endowed with skillful means, and when one acts without doubt, it is the best of all practices. What is asceticism? In all actions, with a non-discriminating mind, acting without doubt, is the best of all asceticism. With a non-discriminating mind, if one relies on the objects, even if one is reviled, there is no harm, and that asceticism is extremely difficult to overcome. Whoever in all actions, combines with certainty through wisdom, and that also combines in the realm of emptiness, this is the asceticism of the great being. With the nature of the transference of wisdom, with a non-discriminating mind, acting without doubt, is the asceticism of that lifetime of self-nature. If from skillful means and wisdom, the mind does not enter into other things, then that is certainly great enlightenment, and one should rely on it as the best giver.

The yogi, with diligence, follows non-conceptualization. All his wealth is manifested for the purpose of enjoyment. What shines from the mirror of wisdom is the form of action. What is born from his memory-wisdom is the mind of self-nature without conceptualization. Like the image in a mirror, like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and like magic, whoever sees it as such is said to be supreme. The changes of conditioned things, like lightning and the city of gandharvas, whatever forms are seen, are said to be under the control of beings. Thus it is said. Therefore, there is no place where one can be attached. When from such illusory things, from the enjoyment of special objects, true and complete bliss arises, and from that, a little bit of special fruit is obtained, why would one not desire it? These are not based on essence, but are merely of the nature of appearance. If these, through the power of habituation to special meditation, produce special fruits such as happiness and joy, then when it becomes the nature of the cause for obtaining the unsurpassed state, there is no contradiction in transformation. As it is said in the "Glorious First": "The self is all Buddhas, and also all heroes. Through the union with one's own deity, one should accomplish oneself with bliss. With unbearable ascetic vows, the body of sentient beings will become withered, suffering will distract the mind, and distraction will cause accomplishment to turn elsewhere. Because the body of mind is stable, all bliss will become stable. Suffering will cause it to waver, or one will attain cessation." Thus it is said. Also, in the worldly and transmundane Vajra Tantras it is said: "Through bliss, accomplishment will be obtained, but through physical suffering it will not be accomplished. Because from meditation arises, all bliss is complete. Fasting and other violent practices, as well as other ascetic practices, through physical suffering will distract the mind, and distraction will cause accomplishment to turn elsewhere. Inferior beings cannot accomplish, therefore it is said not to be asceticism." Thus it is said. Also, the "Glorious
