Generating joy and gathering from weapons such as swords, reciting one's own heart mantra, adorned with various garments, rosaries, and ornaments, performing various activities, benefiting limitless beings, and pleasing them with various and boundless offerings. Becoming the master of the families of vidyādhara assemblies, bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities, contemplating oneself as the pride of the mandala master who is the nature of all tathāgatas, and reciting the heart essence of the master. That (mandala master) is completely surrounded by the unparalleled assembly of vidyādharas, as the nature of mind, pervading all pleasing realms, joyfully and without distraction, reciting in the order of the guru's oral instructions, free from various appearances, even if the mind merges into all letters, because those mantras clarify hatred and vajra, etc., therefore merging into that (mandala master); and the mind of hatred, etc., also gradually becomes free from all stains of conceptualization, therefore it will enter the dharmadhātu. Thus, by meditating on the three vajra mandalas, since only the nature of knowing all aspects is the result, therefore the result is without difference, and the order of direct perception and transmission from one to another is the difference. Thus, by meditating on the three mandalas, it is reasonable to show that desire, etc., are themselves the door of skillful means. Moreover, since the Tathagata has declared that all dharmas are pure in their own nature, therefore there is no need to abandon desire, etc., here, nor is there a need to adopt detachment from desire, etc., but only to realize the true reality as it is, and then one will truly see, and one will be liberated by the wisdom of reality. This meaning was also clarified by the venerable face of the teacher Nāgārjuna with the verse: "Here, there is nothing to be removed, nor is there anything to be established, look at reality as it is, seeing reality as it is, one is liberated." Here, those who possess great compassion and possess a mind that is not mistaken, whatever path they enter, they perfect it with skillful means and wisdom.

Because it is completely mastered by it, it does not obstruct anything. Therefore, the Blessed One, knowing the thoughts and latent tendencies of all sentient beings, taught the four types of tantric treatises. Among them, some people, due to the habitual tendencies of past lives, cannot attain mental equanimity without the place of the unborn forest, bathing, drawing mandalas, offerings, fire offerings, asceticism, recitations, and so on. Therefore, the Kriya Tantra is taught. There are also those who, although possessing a strong attachment to Suchness, can also attain wisdom through the actions spoken by the Sugata through the power of faith, and therefore are dependent on action. For these, the root tantras are taught, which do not have very many branches of action. Others are solely devoted to meditating on non-dual Suchness, and do not perceive that they will be distracted by the multitude of actions. For their sake, yoga is made the main practice, and the Charya Tantra is taught, which shows a few branches of action in passing. Furthermore, those who belong to that category, by the power of habituation in other lives, do not engage in dualistic perceptions of all actions and all things, and for these great beings, the rules of action are not taught. The Maha Yoga Tantra, which is the supreme of all tantras, in which there is no prohibition against doing everything and enjoying everything, was spoken by the Blessed One. Thus, for the sake of the benefit of all sentient beings, the tantric teachings with various methods are taught in four ways. Whatever one desires, wherever and however, that very thing is definitely connected to that desire, and the meaning of desire is accomplished. The supreme meaning is what the Muni spoke. This is the extraordinary distinction of the Great Vehicle of Secret Mantra, that whatever sentient beings desire to manifest, wherever or whenever, that very thing is definitely connected to that desire, and through skillful means, they are made to attain enlightenment. Therefore, beings are bound by unpleasant karma, by what and what, and by that very thing with skillful means, they will be liberated from the bonds of existence.

Thus it is said. Thus, because he shows the means of conforming to it, in the great vehicle of secret mantra, the Bhagavan does not show the practice of austerities. In the Perfection of Wisdom and so on, it is always the case that enlightenment is attained by having the name of being without difficulty, and thus it is always shown. If it is said that only the name is prohibited there, is it not the case that by prohibiting the name, the difficulty itself is prohibited? Whatever is done, the name of difficulty is applied to it, that is the difficulty, not just the action. The Bodhisattva, having become accustomed to the samadhi of non-duality, gives his head, feet, hands, etc., and because he obtains the joy of the thought of the benefit of others, he only applies the name of happiness, so how is it difficult at that time? If it is said that it is known as difficult to others, if that is the case, then practicing in the gate of secret mantra, practicing with all the equipment of happiness, great compassion with one taste, those who do not desire the absorption of supreme joy, with a multitude of emanations, instantly accomplish the desired purposes of beings, which is known as particularly difficult to others, so these are equal. Therefore, difficulty is not said here to be applied in any way to the benefit of others, nor is it reasonable to have the name of difficulty. Therefore, by prohibiting the name, it is shown that it is the perfection of the qualities of the yogi of suchness who has great compassion. To make it difficult or easy is to practice whatever is desired in the category. Therefore, in order to attain happiness by happiness, the Bhagavan shows that he does not practice austerities in the great vehicle of secret mantra. Also, in this way, whatever does not practice the multitude of faults such as desire, by its very nature it does not manifest gross discriminations, it has great compassion, it strives to seek the non-dual suchness, it is the greatest of the most excellent faculties, therefore, that great being has abandoned all the faults of the actions of external and internal nature, compassion
