Those who have truly accomplished the desired goals can fully enter even through mere desire, etc., and this is the very homogenous cause of the Dharmadhatu. Moreover, because the Dharmadhatu is undifferentiated, the various differences are limited to just that. It is like the distinctions of the mind in meditative equipoise, which sees things without inversion, similarly appear in the mind arising from meditation, like a wish-fulfilling jewel of the mind of bodhicitta, making all of these things perfect. Therefore, even taking vows such as Ratnasambhava is without fault, because the mind deeply immersed in the extremely pure Dharmadhatu is the cause for realizing everything taken up without inversion. What is shown as something that must be done is a means of distinguishing that very thing for yogis who possess a mind that has manifestly entered into suchness. Moreover, those who follow worldly dharmas do not easily attain a state without attachment, therefore, for those who have minds distracted by worldly dharmas, there is attachment to purity and impurity, etc. Moreover, attachment to falsehood itself is a kind of stubbornness, and distinguishing secrets, etc., is the great nature, therefore, in order to know the thoughts of all beings, the Omniscient One attained the state beyond the world by being contrary to all worldly dharmas. And, it has been determined that food and activities of conduct, etc., are shown to be indeterminate. Similarly, places such as under trees, cemeteries, and open spaces also belong only to those who delight in the qualities of discipline and contentment, and nothing else is seen. Because habituating oneself to the very suchness that is desired will not accomplish inclining the mind towards nirvana, therefore, closely showing the qualities of discipline will become fruitful. Similarly, those who possess the experience of the nectar of suchness do not follow any worldly dharmas, therefore, foods such as Ratnasambhava are taught,

It is also reasonable to prohibit eating earth and so on. Whatever is relied upon as something that must be done, such as "every day or every month," belongs to that category, because it is for the sake of habituation, for that itself is the path to realizing the dharmadhatu of those things. Therefore, all those other things that are said to have such qualities also belong to that category, and it should be known that yogis, by practicing non-duality, abide in the non-dual dharmadhatu, and that they cannot abide in the non-dual dharmadhatu by anything else. Therefore, just as the scriptures show that from a mind free from desire arise discriminations, and that cultivating unpleasant perceptions of impure things, food, and drink is caused by the differences in the nature of yogis. Just as it is taught in the Action Tantras and so on, it is from the differences in the nature of yogis, and there are no differences in what is to be practiced there. Similarly, it should be known that the close teaching of vows is also taught from the differences in nature, knowing the thoughts of all sentient beings. For those yogis who practice anger, the practice of the wrathful vajra is permitted, and that practice is caused by the increase of anger. Similarly, it should be applied to the practice of desire and so on. It should be understood that all these elaborations are for the purpose of leading those yogis who are immersed in afflictions such as desire and the near afflictions, and who possess various natures, onto the path of Suchness. Therefore, in order to lead all sentient beings into the Suchness of non-dual wisdom of the Blessed One's mantra teachings, he also showed the door to liberation through various different means, such as attaining enlightenment in this very life. In order to show various methods of direct realization, it should be taught that what needs to be practiced is distinguished by faith and diligence. And the practices of the door of secret mantra are empowerments.

Because it is sharp, there is faith and diligence. Thus, all the three teachings taught by the Sugata are not contradictory, it is reasonable. Therefore, the only non-dual wisdom is the Suchness, and from the difference of the nature of sentient beings, the difference is followed. Because of respectfully relying on the stainless lama for a long time, all the words of the three certainties are clearly understood. Although those with inferior wisdom cannot determine, I will explain this sea that does not contradict the meaning of the scriptures. What is the meaning of the truth of suchness? What is the meaning of the Paramita? What is the meaning of the great secret mantra? It is summarized and explained here. Whoever enters the ocean of the three dharmas, the path of my conformity to the lama's treatises, may enlightenment make beings perfect, and may non-dual wisdom increase like a jewel. The Lamp of the Three Laws, made by the great scholar and high priest Tripiṭakamala, is complete. Translated, revised and finalized by the Indian Khenpo Padmākaravarma and the reviser translator Bhikshu Rinchen Zangpo. The Lamp of the Three Laws.
