I offer to the bodies of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas seated in this great assembly, the wonderful and supremely blissful causes, such as nectar. Namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ. Oṃ āḥ upakara pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ. Whatever in the ten directions of the world is the cause of the splendor of gods and humans, such as bathing ponds, nectar medicines, uncultivated crops, great wish-fulfilling trees, auspicious vases, great treasures, swords, eye ointments, wish-fulfilling cows, vajras, jewels, staffs, etc., and the thousand-spoked wheel that precedes great beings, the wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all needs, captivating consorts, ministers who fill the treasury, swift horses, brave and steadfast elephants, courageous soldiers, the seven precious things, a fine umbrella with a golden handle, a white conch shell, a lotus, golden fish, a supreme vase, a victory banner, a glorious emblem, and a blazing wheel, all of which are auspicious objects for supreme beings, I offer them as offerings to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas seated in this great assembly. Namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ siddhya sapta ratna aṣṭa maṃgala pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ. Whatever in all the ten directions of the world is the distinction of gods and humans, Superior offerings, arranged in order or held by the owner, or the distinction of being completely held by the owner, and the samadhi offerings transformed by the mind, and the inconceivable ocean of Samantabhadra's cloud offerings that appear at times and non-times, in short, all that is accomplished by the power of each of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I offer them with faith, transforming them into dust of the Buddha-fields. May it be accomplished by the blessing of the truth of the Three Jewels, the power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the power of reciting this king of mantras one hundred and eight times.

Oṃ. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Sarva Tathāgate Sphara Ni Himaṃ Gagana Khaṃ Svāhā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व बुद्ध बोधिसत्वानां सर्व तथागते स्फर नि हिमं गगन खंः मन्त ते स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ sarva tathāgate sphara ni himaṃ gagana khaṃḥ manta te svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all Tathagatas, spread, this, space, space, mantra, svāhā.) By this offering, may it transform into a great cloud of offerings. Thus, by remembering the names of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and making offerings, may the accumulation of offering clouds never cease in all Buddha-fields. May all the activities of all Buddhas be spontaneously accomplished. May all the vast Bodhisattva practices of the Bodhisattvas be perfectly fulfilled. May we enter the many gates of Samadhi and Dharani through the gates of Dharani and wisdom. Thus, by offering and revering, may I and all limitless sentient beings become Buddhas, Tathagatas, Arhats, and Perfectly Enlightened Ones in the future. While practicing the Bodhisattva path, may we also obtain all the Dharma that the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas have heard from the Buddhas. Just as the Bodhisattvas revere the Dharma, may all beings, including so-and-so, also develop reverence for the Dharma. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas teach the Dharma to all beings, may we also teach the Dharma to all beings. Just as the Bodhisattvas are learned and perfect in all the Buddha's Dharma, may we also be the same. Thus, by making offerings to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may it benefit all sentient beings and be endowed with great happiness. May all diseases be completely pacified, all sins diminished, all inauspicious events not occur, all bad dreams be averted, and all untimely deaths be completely pacified. For those who have not entered the Buddha's teachings, and for those who have entered, may their vast roots of virtue increase, and may all obstacles and wrong views, etc., be pacified and not arise in the accomplishment of virtue. May the protectors of the world also give protection, refuge, concealment, acceptance, and peace to all beings, including so-and-so.
