Blessings, and by the power of the pure thoughts of so-and-so, may all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have manifestly appeared today, be bathed at their feet with a stream of water mixed with the king of medicines and the most excellent and perfect fragrances, flowing from a crystal vase adorned with various jewels. Furthermore, in all directions, may the bodies of the gurus, the Tathagatas, the Bodhisattvas, and those definitely established in the mandala be anointed with the finest divine substances that emit fragrant scents of sandalwood, agarwood, duruka, and so on, and that make beings especially radiant with glory and splendor. Moreover, may the faces of the venerable gurus and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas be cooled and pleased with water that is as white and cool as a stream of nectar-like milk, which is immaculate and possesses eight qualities, satisfying the senses that grasp well, and which is compounded with purity both internally and externally. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo bodhisattvebhyaḥ sata caraṃ pravara satkārā arghaṃ pratīccha añca maye svāhā. Having thus pleased them with the three waters, may it be so by the blessing of the truth of the Three Jewels, by the power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and by the power of mantra. Thus, by this blessing, may I become an attendant equal to as many Buddhas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges. May I please as many Bodhisattvas as there are atoms in all the realms of the world. May I purify all Buddha-fields and enter into all the activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. May I be protected at all times by the thirty-two divine sages and so forth. May the Naga kings Nanda and Upananda, and so forth, protect and cause rain to fall in due season. May the Four Great Kings and so forth also protect, guard, and aid. May all limitless beings be liberated from the eight unfree states and attain a body of leisure and opportunity. Sentient beings

May all who have not generated the mind of enlightenment generate it, and may those who have generated it increase and expand. May all Buddhas praise and contemplate, and may the minds of the Tathagatas also be greatly pleased. May all Buddhas hold the secret and abide in the great, unstealable wisdom. May the relics of the Tathagatas also increase and expand, pacifying the harm of all sentient beings. Then, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who were previously invited should be mentioned by name, and three prostrations should be made, touching their feet. To the assembly of victorious ones and their retinues seated on the great gathering seat, in all the realms of the ten directions, the various flowers of gods and humans, born from the mind by the power of their own merits, and those born from water, land, meadows, mountains, and trees, with perfect color and shape, and possessing great fragrance, like garlands and scattered flowers, like a continuous rain of flowers, I offer to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ oṃ āḥ puṣpa pūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) In all the realms of the ten directions, the various incenses of gods and humans, born from nature and samadhi, and those born together, and those that are mixed, etc., possessing great fragrance in all aspects, like a dense accumulation of clouds, I also offer to the noses of the victorious ones and their retinues seated on the great gathering seat.
