向您，伟大的医王，恭敬地祈请安住，祈请三次。愿对于被无明等蒙蔽的世间众生，完全显现无垢且光明自性的智慧。供养并恭敬祈请诸佛菩萨点燃正法明灯，愿某某等阿里（Ngari，西藏西部地区）的属民，以及其他所有众生，都能自在获得三乘一切正法。愿在其他不同的世界中，以无垢的法轮，使他人得以完全成熟。愿三界一切众生，都能由与各自根器相应的、伟大的大乘善知识，宣说符合其心意的正法。愿一切众生，都能精进闻思，并安住于三摩地之门。愿为一切众生，充分开示十善业道，以及菩提分法的所有功德，无论是具足戒蕴，还是具足定蕴，还是具足慧蕴，还是具足解脱智见蕴，还是具足圣谛，都能为了出离之义而开示。愿在如实修持时，对于任何正法，既不书写，也不取舍，既不抛弃，也不执取，毫无保留地为他人宣说。进入如实修持者，不会陷入二元对立的思维，而是如实地、彻底地了知一切法皆无二元性，愿一切如来为一切众生如实开示出离之道。祈请并劝请诸佛菩萨，愿能完全知晓某某等所有眷属的心意，从而令所有眷属欢喜，令所有眷属身心满足，令所有眷属生起欢喜、极喜、信心、大悲心，证悟真如平等性，证悟非异性，证悟不变性，证悟不乱性，证悟无生性，证悟无惧性。

To you, the great king of physicians, I respectfully request to abide, I pray three times. May the stainless and luminous nature of wisdom be fully revealed to all those in the world who are blinded by ignorance and so on. Offering and respectfully requesting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to light the lamp of Dharma, may so-and-so and other subjects of Ngari (western Tibet), as well as all other beings, freely attain all the Dharma of the three vehicles. May the Dharma wheel, without stain, fully ripen others in other different realms of the world. May all beings of the three realms be taught the Dharma in accordance with their minds by the noble and great Mahayana virtuous friends who are appropriate to each of them. May all sentient beings diligently listen and contemplate, and abide in the gates of samadhi. May the path of the ten virtuous actions be fully shown to all sentient beings, and may all the merits of the Dharma of the aspects of enlightenment, whether endowed with the aggregate of morality, or endowed with the aggregate of samadhi, or endowed with the aggregate of wisdom, or endowed with the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation, or endowed with the noble truths, be shown for the sake of liberation. When practicing correctly, may one explain to others without writing, taking, abandoning, grasping, or rejecting any Dharma. Those who enter into correct practice do not engage their minds in duality, but thoroughly see that all Dharmas are non-dual as they are, and may all the Tathagatas truly show the path of liberation to all sentient beings. Praying and urging the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may they fully know the minds of so-and-so and all their retinue, thereby delighting all the retinue, satisfying the body and mind of all the retinue, causing all the retinue to generate joy, great joy, faith, great compassion, realizing the equality of suchness, realizing non-otherness, realizing immutability, realizing non-confusion, realizing non-arising, realizing fearlessness.

愿您示现无诤之境。诸佛菩萨的清净法音与真如等同，愿法界平等之面遍及一切无碍世间。愿具足无量无数不可思议、不可衡量、不可言说之法的如来，以大悲心摄受众生，如实开示解脱之道。犹如虚空界无边无际，诸佛菩萨的智慧和慈悲也无边无际，视某某等无量无边的众生如子般慈爱，愿一切众生听闻如来清净之语后，生起极大之信心，获得清净无垢、毫无疑惑之证悟，生起广大之欢喜和满足，对如虚空般不可思议之义生起惊叹和稀有之想。愿诸佛菩萨不舍某某等一切众生，愿一切众生安住于稀有之境。愿三宝之真谛加持，如是成就。如今，于十方三世安住之诸佛菩萨面前，为救度自此时起直至证得无上菩提之间，沉溺于轮回大海的无量众生，如过去、未来、现在诸佛菩萨所学、正学、将学般，一切诸佛无有障碍地随见自性一切智之智慧法性后发起菩提心一般，某某等亦发起了圆满无上大菩提心。为救度尚未从轮回大海中解脱之众生，为解脱尚未解脱之众生，为令气息未调之众生调息，为令尚未完全从痛苦中解脱之众生进入法界

May you reveal the state of being without dispute. May the immaculate Dharma speech of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, equal to Suchness, and the equal face of the Dharmadhatu pervade all unobstructed realms of the world. May the Tathagatas, endowed with immeasurable, countless, inconceivable, unmeasurable, and inexpressible Dharma, with great compassion embracing sentient beings, truly show the path of liberation. Just as the realm of space is boundless and limitless, so too are the wisdom and love of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas boundless. Considering beings such as so-and-so and other limitless beings with love like that for a child, may all beings, having heard the immaculate teachings of the Tathagatas, generate great faith, attain immaculate and doubt-free realization, and find vast joy and satisfaction. May they marvel at the inconceivable meaning like space and give rise to the perception of the wondrous. May the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas not abandon all sentient beings such as so-and-so, and may all beings abide in the state of wonder. By the blessing of the truth of the Three Jewels, may it be thus accomplished. Now, in the presence of the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions and three times, for the sake of all limitless beings drowning in the ocean of samsara from this time until reaching unsurpassed enlightenment, just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, future, and present have learned, are learning, and will learn, and as all the Buddhas, without obstruction, having seen the Dharma-nature of wisdom of the all-knowing nature, generate the mind of enlightenment, so too may so-and-so and others generate the mind of perfect and unsurpassed great enlightenment. In order to liberate beings who have not been liberated from the ocean of samsara, to free those who have not been freed, to regulate the breath of those whose breath is not regulated, and to lead those who have not completely escaped suffering into the Dharmadhatu.

我将完全从痛苦中解脱。我将正确地学习戒律，善法聚积戒律，利益众生戒律，如是三次。愿如是于一切胜者及其子面前发心，安置所有众生于无上菩提。愿我完全救度未从烦恼之海中解脱的众生。愿我救度所有未从业之锁链中解脱的众生。愿我完全救度所有在轮回之海中，于猛烈动荡中无喘息之机的众生。愿我完全令所有未从痛苦及其因中解脱的众生，完全从痛苦中解脱。此外，愿所有众生获得无上圆满正等觉之菩提。乃至未获菩提之间，亦愿获得天人圆满之身。愿与菩提心永不分离。愿于圆满增广福德与智慧之大资粮的六度中，如实安住。愿与殊胜善知识为伴且永不分离。愿依其教诲及随许，次第行持由般若波罗蜜多所生的二十二种发心，其自性为五道。其中首先，安住于资粮道，以具欲乐之心生起如视之心，以具思维之心生起如金之心，以具增上意乐之心生起如新月之心。愿由此寂止、胜观及福慧资粮增长，超胜世间凡夫。愿如火之菩提心焚烧一切烦恼之薪柴，成为一切从痛苦中解脱之因。如以铃铛装饰香象，愿瑜伽士之心亦如是庄严富饶。于见道中，安住于第一地极喜地。

I shall completely pass beyond sorrow. I shall correctly train in the discipline of vows, the discipline of accumulating virtue, and the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, thus three times. Thus, in the presence of all the victorious ones and their sons, may the generation of the mind of enlightenment place all beings without exception in the unsurpassed enlightenment. May I completely liberate those sentient beings who have not been liberated from the ocean of afflictions. May I liberate all sentient beings who have not been liberated from the chain of karma. May I completely give respite to all sentient beings in the ocean of samsara, who have no opportunity to breathe in the midst of violent turmoil. May I completely liberate all sentient beings who have not been liberated from suffering and its causes, completely from suffering. Furthermore, may all sentient beings attain the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Until enlightenment is attained, may I also obtain the perfect body of gods and humans. May I never be separated from the mind of enlightenment. May I truly abide in the practice of the six perfections, which fully increase the great accumulation of merit and wisdom. May I be accompanied by virtuous and holy spiritual friends and never be separated from them. May I gradually traverse the twenty-two types of mind generation arising from the Perfection of Wisdom, with their instructions and അനുജ്ഞാ (anujñā, permission), which are the nature of the five paths. Among them, first, abiding on the path of accumulation, may I practice and abide with the mind generation with desire, like sight, with the mind generation with thought, like gold, and with the mind generation with higher intention, like the waxing moon. May I surpass ordinary worldly beings by increasing calm abiding, insight, and the accumulation of merit and wisdom. May the mind generation like fire burn all the firewood of afflictions and become the cause of all liberation from suffering. Just as an elephant of incense is adorned with tinkling bells, may the mind of the yogi be adorned and enriched in the same way. On the path of seeing, abiding on the first ground, the Joyful Ground.
