并且对所有菩萨都赞颂并恭敬地祈请，为了获得助伴，对包括救护者在内的三宝，极其恭敬地皈依。也就是，对以清净的智慧双运的禅定，三身自然成就的手印所象征的，名声响彻三界之主的诸佛，顶礼并皈依。无法言说、思考、表达的语之自性，生养三世诸佛之母，无余显示各自特性的智慧，对正法经部等顶礼并皈依。在轮回大海中闭着眼睛，对于空虚的众生，作为无依怙者的依怙和助伴，以四种事业一心一意成办利益之主，对大乘僧众顶礼并皈依，如是念诵三遍。如是，将包括上师在内的三宝作为见证，作为所依而接受，祈求救护和帮助，请您如是垂念，将某某等无边无际的所有众生，从现在起直至菩提果之间，由于有海的巨浪猛烈摇荡而不得自在，对于沉溺于无依无怙者，我等皈依于无上三宝，愿成为无洲众生的洲渚，愿成为无处众生的住所，愿成为无依众生的依怙，愿成为无救众生的救护，愿成为无怙众生的怙主，愿成为无助众生的助伴，乃至所有众生未完全脱离轮回之前，我亦不入涅槃，愿以令一切众生道路安乐，进入极其安乐之门的方式，利益和安乐广大如虚空般充满和增长。依靠皈依的善根，愿一切众生皆能安立于无上圆满正等觉之果位。此外，乃至未将一切众生安置于无上圆满正等觉之果位之间，亦能获得天人的圆满所依。
English
And praising all the Bodhisattvas and respectfully requesting their power, in order to obtain assistance, I take refuge with utmost reverence in the Three Jewels, including the protectors. That is, I prostrate and take refuge in all the Buddhas, the lords of the three realms, whose fame is symbolized by the mudra of the spontaneously accomplished three bodies of pure wisdom and union of meditation. The nature of speech that cannot be spoken, thought, or expressed, the mother who gives birth to all the Buddhas of the three times, the wisdom that reveals all the characteristics individually, I prostrate and take refuge in the Sutras of the Holy Dharma. Closing their eyes in the ocean of samsara, for the refuge of helpless beings, acting as refuge and support, the lord who single-mindedly accomplishes the benefit with the four activities, I prostrate and take refuge in the Sangha of the Mahayana, thus reciting three times. Thus, placing the Three Jewels, including the Lama, as witnesses, accepting them as the basis, and requesting protection and help, please consider it in this way, from now until enlightenment, all limitless beings such as so-and-so, are helplessly swayed by the violent waves of the ocean of existence. For those who are drowning without a protector, we take refuge in the unsurpassed Three Jewels, may we become an island for beings without an island, may we become a place for beings without a place, may we become a refuge for beings without refuge, may we become a protector for beings without protection, may we become a lord for beings without a lord, may we become a support for beings without support, until all beings have not completely passed beyond suffering, may I also not enter Nirvana, and may benefit and happiness, as vast as the sky, be filled and increased by making the path easy and the entrance extremely easy for all beings. Relying on the root of virtue of taking refuge, may all beings be established in the state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Furthermore, until all beings are placed in the state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, may they also obtain the perfect basis of gods and humans.

凭借圆满，通过各种方式恒常依止各自的善知识，愿能以菩萨的奇妙行径真实地令其欢喜。愿与菩提心的生起永不分离。愿以无有垢染的欢喜快乐受用一切大乘佛法。愿真实安住于福德与智慧之聚的自性——六度波罗蜜多的修持中。如是恭敬皈依，自身以三学圆满，受用总持和三摩地等无量佛法，获得眼等、神通等一切功德的自在，愿自相续富饶兴盛。愿不受一切魔障和违缘的侵扰。愿以不可思议的善根之力圆满成熟，获得菩提的授记，并以善巧方便清净佛土，成熟一切众生。最终获得不住涅槃，愿能从轮回大海中彻底解脱一切众生。愿三宝的真谛加持能如是成就。如今，从称念、礼拜、祈请诸佛菩萨及其眷属之名开始，为了遣除某某等无量众生的一切愚昧，生起殊胜之道，以及为了救度所有被突发烦恼所困扰的众生，祈请：祈请诸位怙主，虽然已经证得无有能所的甘露之精华，但因众生的业力和根器，稍微示现寂默，请为他们宣说无垢清净、光明灿烂的甘露妙法，恳请转法轮（念诵三遍）。对于那些不愿久住世间，想要寂灭涅槃的世间明灯，也祈请他们如日月般，只要众生界存在，就以光明照亮众生界，请安住于世。摧毁四魔的

Through perfect completeness, by constantly relying on one's own virtuous spiritual friends in various ways, may we truly please them with the wondrous conduct of a Bodhisattva. May we never be separated from the arising of the mind of enlightenment. May we enjoy all the teachings of the Great Vehicle with undefiled joy and happiness. May we truly abide in the practice of the six perfections, the nature of the accumulation of merit and wisdom. Thus, with reverence and refuge, having perfected ourselves with the three trainings, may we enjoy countless Buddha-dharmas such as dharanis and samadhis, and may we obtain mastery over all qualities such as the eyes and supernormal knowledges, and may our own minds be rich and prosperous. May we not be overwhelmed by the harm of demons and all obstacles. May we be completely perfected and ripened by the power of inconceivable roots of virtue, and having received the prophecy of enlightenment, may we purify the Buddha-fields with skillful means and ripen all sentient beings. Finally, having attained non-abiding nirvana, may we completely liberate all sentient beings from the ocean of samsara. May it be so by the blessing of the truth of the Three Jewels. Now, beginning with the recitation of the names, prostrations, and supplications to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and their retinues, in order to dispel all the ignorance of so-and-so and other limitless beings, to generate the supreme path, and to save all beings afflicted by sudden afflictions, we pray: We pray to the protectors who, although they have attained the essence of the nectar of non-duality, show a slight silence due to the karma and capacity of sentient beings, to speak the immaculate, pure, and radiant nectar of the sacred Dharma for them, and we urge them to turn the wheel of Dharma (recite three times). To those noble lamps of the world who do not wish to remain in the world for long and wish to pass into peaceful nirvana, we also pray that they remain in the world, illuminating the realm of sentient beings like the sun and moon, as long as the realm of sentient beings exists.
