The four Vajra Dakinis and the four Dakinis are constant, and Ratnasambhava and Amitabha and Amoghasiddhi, etc. The four Lion-faced Dakinis are Akshobhya and Vairochana and Ratnasambhava and Amitabha, etc. Brahma is Vairochana, and the Great Lord is Amitabha. Other white deities are Vairochana, and yellow deities are Ratnasambhava, and red deities are Amitayus, and black deities are Akshobhya, the black one. The heart seed syllable of the Lord of the Mandala is Hūṃ. Oṃ Hūṃ Haḥ Svāhā is the essence. Oṃ Yuṃ Yaḥ Svāhā is the mantra of the Ro Lang Ma, which is the mantra of all actions. This is the mandala of the three stages. The mandala of the essence is like a palace, and the four Dakinis are at the doors. This is of others. In the second stage, it is also the form of a palace, which is of others, and it is also some circular practice. The mandala of Yamāntaka is in the Vajra Tent, in the center of the Dharmodayā, in the center of the palace, residing on various lotuses and suns, the black buffalo wrathful form, adorned with bone ornaments, behind which are various lotuses and suns, with the right foot bent and the left foot extended, treading on Yama and residing, the black Yamāntaka, with eyebrows and beard standing up, and hair standing up. The four are: filled with semen, dust, five nectars, and five lamps. The lord of the family is oneself on the crown of Yama, the black slayer; likewise for the four, Vairochana and so on. Those are, in order, also of the four, the eye mother and so on, and the hammer, Yama, the slayer, and so on. The seed syllable in the heart of the Bhagavan is ya. oṃ hriḥ ṣṭīḥ vikṛtānan hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲིཿ་ཥྚྀཿབི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ནན་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ hriḥ ṣṭīḥ vikṛtānan hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om Hrih Shti Vikritanan Hum Hum Phet Svaha). The mandala of Vajra Tara is, inside the vajra tent, at the heart of the dharma source, in the center of the palace, on the center of the eight-petaled variegated lotus, on the moon, the Bhagavan Vajra Tara, like the color of gold, possessing the crown of the five Buddhas. The four faces, the root, right, back, and left, are the color of gold, white, blue, and red. The eight hands, the right ones holding the vajra, rope, arrow, and conch, the left ones holding the yellow utpala flower, bow, hook, and threatening mudra. On the eastern petal is the flower Tara, white, holding a garland of flowers with her hands; in the south is the incense Tara, black, holding a container of incense with her hands; in the west is the lamp Tara, yellow, holding a lamp bowl with her two hands; in the north is the perfume Tara, red, holding a conch shell of perfume with her two hands; these four goddesses also reside on the moon. On the petals of fire and so on are the natures of Vairochana and so on, like those of the wheel, vajra, lotus, and sword. In the second layer, at the doors, in the east is the vajra hook mother, white, holding a hook with her right hand; in the south is the vajra rope mother, yellow, holding a rope with her right hand; in the west is the vajra chain mother, red, holding a chain marked with a vajra with her right hand; in the north is the vajra bell mother, green, holding a vajra bell with her right hand. On the variegated lotuses residing in the directions of fire and so on, are the completely pure bodhicitta vases of the eye mother and so on, as well as Mount Meru, the hearth, and the great victory banner.
