Beyond that is the sky environment, with twelve small parts. The six environments of earth and so on are first made round. The end of the light garland is also round, becoming seven rounds. It is the heart vajra mandala, the supreme lord of the three mandalas. The thread of this is eight cubits, as far as the circle of the earth. This is one aspect. When the measurement of the door of the heart mandala and the measurement of the door of the speech mandala are added together, and eighteen small parts of the door are fully examined, and one-sixth of that is called a small part, then at that time, the number of small parts is calculated from the center of the main lotus and so on to the end of the light environment. At that time, the heart vajra is the main one, that is, the mandala of the lord of the three mandalas is twelve cubits, and the thread of twice that, twenty-four cubits, is as far as the beginning of the earth environment. This is the second aspect. When the Bhagavan becomes the place of the heart vajra speech vajra, the speech vajra is the main one. Placing other deities and so on apart from that is like the first aspect. When the central mandala is four cubits, twice that is the second, and twice that is the third, then at that time, the sixteen-cubit mandala is the speech mandala of the lord of the three mandalas, and the thread of twice that, thirty-two cubits, is as far as the beginning of the earth environment.
