Request the deities of the kīlas to return, and fill the holes of the kīlas. For those who seek peace and other purposes, a small amount of colored powder should be given. Similarly, in the mandala house, it should be made devoid of people, and then the colored powder should be properly collected. From the outside, the wise should scatter the cow dung ash all over the wheel in this way. Then, the cow dung ash should be thoroughly smeared, and the lines should also be smeared. The flowers must be scattered, and after prostrating, the earth goddess should be pleased. From the outside, fill it thoroughly with the glorious victorious colored powder, as well as the ashes of the stove, etc. Similarly, put it in the vase of obstacles and enemies, and according to the ritual, put the sacred clothes on the neck. The yoginis hold it, and in this way, joyfully carry it high on the elephant. Make a naga torma and pour it into the rivers or lakes. This ritual is held by the yoginis adorned with cloths given by the patron, and the teacher or disciple residing in the light, ringing the bell, accompanied by auspicious songs, music, umbrellas, banners, and offerings such as wind banners, and take it to the banks of the great river, great lake, or deep water, and make a mandala with white ash on the ground smeared with cow dung ash. In the center, draw an eight-petaled lotus, and in the center of the lotus, offer Vajrasattva, and on the eight petals, offer to the nagas as before, offer the milk porridge torma with the naga torma mantra, and then offer it, and scatter the blessed colored powder to the nagas and throw it into the water. It should be visualized that the nagas take it to the underground realm with great respect. Fill the vases containing the colored powder with water, take them to that place, and sprinkle those waters in the mandala house and other places for the purpose of pacification.

It should be done in this way. Afterwards, with that great intention, all relatives and families should, with great joy, hold a feast for the young women according to the ritual, bringing great happiness. For those who are suffering, one should also, according to their ability, give pure offerings by the wise. To the Sangha, one should also offer food, clothing, and wealth, and treat them with respect. This is the ritual for offering to young women: young women are the form of goddesses, and one should offer to the truly abiding goddesses with ritual. After properly making the mandala, one should enjoy it there according to one's ability. If there are as many goddesses in the mandala as there are, one should inform all the young women on the previous day by first offering mandalas and so on. Then, according to the patron's ability, one should offer to one, two, three, or four, etc. In addition, after scattering colored powders, one should bathe them with fragrant scents and decorate them with red clothes, respectfully invite them, and invite all the Blessed Mothers. After offering foot-washing water, face-washing water, etc., one should place them in the mandala room. Facing east, one should place bunches of kusha grass under the cushions and sit on them. Afterwards, the teacher should, as if the seed syllables and forms in the mandala are fully manifested, instantly visualize the lord of the mandala, offer offerings that are inseparable from the wisdom heroes, and apply vermillion to the head, wear strings of thread around the neck, apply eye medicine to the eyes, and offer decorations of red flowers. Then, with the four equalities (four kinds of equanimity) and other things that can be obtained, or with fragrant scents, one should apply them to the forehead, chest, hands, and feet. After offering the torma, the mantra reciter should offer food. Offer food, drinks, and chewing substances, as well as things to taste, grind, and lick, as well as butter lamps and wine, etc., all of which should be properly purified and offered. Possessing praise and offerings, constantly diligent in reciting mantras, and desiring the accomplishment of the Great Seal, the wise should offer to the young women. Thus, with wine and meat, one should also quickly and diligently offer individually to the Vajra goddesses.
