“The mind of the Lama,” etc., because it is said by the Vajra Dakini, what should an ascetic do? Therefore, in order to give only to the asceticism of the mind of enlightenment, which is the nature of the five wisdoms, it is the Vajra asceticism. Even if separated from conduct, in order to teach “the mind of enlightenment does not discriminate,” it is the asceticism of conduct, which is of three kinds. Among them, the first, the combination with the three mudras of the inner self is supreme. As it is said: “The khatvanga is the body of the deity, the cymbals are wisdom and signs.” And “The mantra is the drink of the skull.” As it is said. The body of the deity and the indestructible tummo are merely sound, and the support for experiencing the great bliss of non-duality is the conventional mind of enlightenment. Thus, the three are symbolic. Second, diligently applying to purify the five Tathagatas, generating the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, etc., is the asceticism of the Yogini and conduct. Third, when the power of the four ways of looking and the five superknowledges, etc., has been obtained, diligently accomplishing the meaning of sentient beings, is the worldly yogi or yogini, maximizing the power of the meaning of all the ornaments of the inner self, and necessarily combining with the arising of the mind of enlightenment, which is the nature of emptiness and compassion inseparable. Thus, in the Yogini Tantra of Universal Conduct, it is said: “First, the Samadhi yogi, strive to generate power. After generating power, the ascetic conduct is pleasing. The five families equally practice universally, and truly observe in one family. With the nature of one non-discriminating mind, practice the five desires. Thus, the wisdom intention of glorious Heruka is completely fulfilled. The non-dual wisdom asceticism of that great wisdom is excellent. The yoga of entering the asceticism of conduct, should be well understood.” As it is said. When it arises, in order to obtain the worldly and transcendental freedom worthy of becoming the throne of the Shakya King, one holds scriptures and skull rosaries and samputa. Without relying on the happiness of kingship, etc.

It is to rely on alms for (obtaining) food. In order to engage in uninterrupted meditation and recitation, one holds a begging bowl and a yogini's staff. In order to sever all ignorance, one holds a curved knife. All of these are retinues of the conduct asceticism itself. It is a prophecy to praise the meaning of "You are the one who possesses the yoga of the stages of realizing the dharmata that is inseparable from the three realms." Thus, Bhur (བྷུར་,梵文天城体:भूर्,梵文罗马拟音:bhūr,English literal meaning: Earth) means the world above. Bhuvah (བྷུ་ཝ་,梵文天城体:भुवः,梵文罗马拟音:bhuvaḥ,English literal meaning: Atmosphere) means the underworld with its retinue, such as the mandala of wind. Svah (སྭཱཿ་,梵文天城体:स्वः,梵文罗马拟音:svaḥ,English literal meaning: Heaven) means the heavenly realm, the ultimate of the realm of neither perception nor non-perception. All three of these are you, because their nature, the samaya of Suchness, is able to realize the stage of great joy, etc., in sequence. Therefore, Samaya Tvam Bhur Bhuva Svah (ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་བྷུ་རྒྷུ་ཝ་སྭཿ་) is the meaning of this. Accomplish the siddhi as in the ritual, and benefit sentient beings through teaching the Dharma, etc. This is permission. You enjoy desires, and you are also the Buddha himself who is definitely liberated from all obscurations. In order to make manifest the union with what should be increased by entering the mandala, etc., encouragement is given. The ritual of proclaiming the samaya is for the purpose of guarding the three samayas of outer, secret, and Suchness. These five, such as the vajra asceticism, should also be known to those who are only satisfied with the subsequent empowerment of the teacher and the subsequent empowerment of the vidya. Mantra, eye medicine, mirror, and arrow are the subsequent empowerment of the vidya. The asceticism of the vidya is also the subsequent empowerment of wisdom and jñana, according to some. According to some, the mantra, etc., and the conduct asceticism, and the general permission and the three samayas are not taught even to those who are fortunate, because in other empowerments, the meanings related to this are considered. Some, for the sake of permission and encouragement, have summarized it into the irreversible empowerment. Here,

These are all different statements. In any Vajra Tent of Dakinis, the first is the water empowerment, the second is the crest jewel empowerment, the third is the vajra empowerment, the fourth is one's own lord, the fifth is the name empowerment, the sixth is the complete perfect enlightenment empowerment, the vase empowerment is the seventh, and the eighth is the secret empowerment. The ninth is the wisdom empowerment, and through that very vajra union, the vajra conduct is bestowed everywhere. The teacher himself prophesies, and these are the supreme empowerments in order. It is said that this is also stated in the second chapter of the "King of Examination": "The teacher's secret wisdom, and the fourth is also the same." It is said. Among them, the six distinctions of water, crest jewel, vajra, lord, name, and teacher are the vase empowerment, because all the Tathagatas and the order of Buddha Eyes and so on manifestly empower with the vase. The teacher's empowerment is to be received supremely, because it empowers with excellence. The vase empowerment is the seventh. It is said that the teacher's empowerment is the cause of arising, so the five, including the water empowerment, are also said to be the teacher's empowerment. Therefore, there is no contradiction to everything. This is the ritual of empowering others. If one's own samaya is broken, how can such an empowerment be taken and explained as the ritual of the teacher entering? It should be received as such. However, if the lama is excellent and very far away, and the road is difficult to travel, and one dwells in a place where one cannot go by relying on nearby living, it is not otherwise. Always practicing the yidam, with wisdom and means as one taste, with the mind of the yoga of one's own desired deity, contemplate the natural mandala, and from the lord of the mandala, receive the water empowerment and so on, and the ultimate of secret and wisdom, wisdom, and the fourth, and the ultimate of exhalation. This is the ritual of self-empowerment. This one who possesses the Vajrasattva vows also has two kinds of downfall: root downfalls and gross downfalls. How are those? Disturbing the mind of the excellent lama is a root downfall.
