None. Having generated the noble and true, Having taken all the vows, May I liberate those who have not crossed over. May I liberate those who are not liberated. May I exhale those who have not exhaled, May I place sentient beings in nirvana. Thus, have them say it three times. After that, protect them with the mantra of swirling nectar. On the heart, throat, and crown of those, above the vajra, lotus, and wheel, visualize the black, red, and white letters of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit: āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ), and Oṃ (ཨོཾ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) residing on the sun, lotus, and moon. Then, recite and touch the heart, throat, and crown with fragrant water and vajra. Offer flowers to the head, incense and lamps in front, and fragrance again to the heart. Give the students a twelve-finger-long toothpick made of Ashvattha and other woods, straight, without insects, cracks, or wounds, soaked in fragrant water, with flowers tied to the tip. Those students should also smear the four-cubit square mandala with rubble and other things, and chew the toothpick facing east or north. Recite Oṃ (ཨོཾ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) Vajra (བཛྲ, Sanskrit: vajra, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Hāsa (ཧཱ་ས་, Sanskrit: hāsa, Romanized Sanskrit: hāsa, Literal meaning: Laugh) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), trim the tip, and without cracks, looking upwards, throw it forward without hesitation. After those toothpicks fall, follow them and speak of the accomplishments that will arise. If they face east, north, west, south, up, or down, then in order, they are pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, performing, vidyādhara, and underground accomplishments. If it falls outside the mandala, there will be no accomplishment. After that, give water born from the letter Vaṃ (வம், Sanskrit: vaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) and recited over it for rinsing the mouth. Give three handfuls of fragrant water recited with the swirling mantra seven times, reciting Oṃ (ཨོཾ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ) Viśuddha (བི་ཤུདྡྷ, Sanskrit: viśuddha, Romanized Sanskrit: viśuddha, Literal meaning: Pure) Sarva (སརྦྦ, Sanskrit: sarva, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva, Literal meaning: All) Dharmāḥ (དྷརྨྨཱཿ, Sanskrit: dharmāḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: dharmāḥ, Literal meaning: Dharmas) Sarva (སརྦྦ, Sanskrit: sarva, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva, Literal meaning: All) Pāpaṃ (པཱ་པཾ, Sanskrit: pāpaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: pāpaṃ, Literal meaning: Sin) Nicaya (ནི་ཙསྱ, Sanskrit: nicaya, Romanized Sanskrit: nicaya, Literal meaning: Accumulation) Śodhaya (ཤོདྷ་ཡ, Sanskrit: śodhaya, Romanized Sanskrit: śodhaya, Literal meaning: Purify) Sarva (སརྦྦ, Sanskrit: sarva, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva, Literal meaning: All) Vikalpāna (བི་ཀལྤཱ་ན་, Sanskrit: vikalpāna, Romanized Sanskrit: vikalpāna, Literal meaning: Distortions) Apanaya (ཨ་པ་ན་ཡ, Sanskrit: apanaya, Romanized Sanskrit: apanaya, Literal meaning: Remove) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) and have them drink. After that, place them outside, and for the purpose of a cushion of kusha grass born from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) and recited over it or recited over the swirling mantra, give it with the mantra reciting Oṃ (ཨོཾ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) Vajra (བཛྲ, Sanskrit: vajra, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra, Literal meaning: Vajra) Tīkṣṇa (ཏཱི་ཀྵྞ, Sanskrit: tīkṣṇa, Romanized Sanskrit: tīkṣṇa, Literal meaning: Sharp) Vaṃ (வம், Sanskrit: vaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ). Recite on their right shoulder or the woman's left shoulder: Om Buddha Maitri Raksha Raksha Sarvana Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་མཻ་ཏྲི་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་སརྦཱ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ बुद्ध मैत्रि रक्ष रक्ष सर्वाना स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ buddha maitri rakṣa rakṣa sarvānā svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Buddha, Loving-kindness, Protect, Protect, All, Svaha.) Bind yourself and protect well, and generate joy. Through countless billions of kalpas, whatever sins were committed before, by seeing such a mandala, all of them will be exhausted. For those who have extremely pure wisdom in this supreme conduct, all their sufferings, and the evil destinies of arising will be pacified. Great beings, you have obtained the unparalleled gain today. Whoever makes you all the victorious ones, and the great beings together with their sons, completely embrace and arise in this teaching, that will make you well arise in the Great Vehicle. This supreme path of the Great Vehicle's vast arising is glorious, whoever makes you go, that will become the Tathagata. After letting them hear this, then protect them with the protective mantra. For the purpose of recitation, let them recite the protective mantra. And clearly declare: Whatever is slightly seen in dreams, tell me all of those tomorrow. Then let them lie down in the mandala house, or separated by curtains, etc., or in another place, in the lion's sleeping posture. Enter the mandala house yourself, and for the purpose of protection, you should recite the protective mantra. Here, giving to those who are not made as Acharyas, and to those who are made as Acharyas, that is common, it is merely the characteristic of taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta. Whatever is given to those who are made as Acharyas, that is the Acharya's vows, completely held by the five families. Therefore, this is the ritual of the disciple especially abiding, with the giving of two vows as the preliminary. Afterwards, the Lama offers the Torma in the morning and comes out of the mandala house, asks the disciples about their dreams, and inauspicious dreams symbolized by falling from a mountain, etc., should be protected with the protective mantra. When entering the mandala house again, the disciples should recite: Om Dra Bi Sha Gha Wa Na Ma Ha Sukha Moksha Suram Sarva Bida Pradam Parma Sukhotama Siddhya Jah Hum Bam. The mantra here seems to be incorrect, Sanskrit Devanagari and Sanskrit Romanization are temporarily omitted, Literal Chinese meaning is temporarily omitted.)
