Endowed. A sentient being who delights in the Great Vehicle. Thus it is. The four assemblies are monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen. Rituals include sitting, etc. Endowed means diligent. A sentient being who delights in the Great Vehicle primarily demonstrates the activity of the mind in this vehicle. It is for the purpose of abandoning contradictions. The Blessed One has extensively taught that even acts that are inherently extremely evil do not lead to downfall due to the difference in motivation. Thus it is also said: Butchers, fishermen, and others, Who cherish the thought of killing, Knowing them as Vajras, Achievement is without doubt. And elsewhere it is said: There is no downfall in a virtuous mind, For it is endowed with compassion and love. And it is said: Endowed with compassion and seeing the meaning, Prohibition is also permission. Thus, whoever accumulates merit again, hears much, and so on. For one who has a very firm conviction that all phenomena are like illusions and dreams, and that they are of one taste in emptiness, what stain of transgression could there be in the vows of a Vajra-holding monk? Therefore, the Blessed One said: He is called a Vajra-holding monk. It is said. That must be promised, otherwise how can the two be simultaneous? Because of the awakening of habit, if a monk sees in a dream the pleasure he experiences, the ultimate experience of the pleasure of the two external limbs seen in the dream, there is no downfall. Thus, it should be understood that it is taught to be subdued. If it is also shown in the realm of evil rebirths, then at that time, the wisdom mudra should be killed and the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge should be given. If there is no evil person, then it is the action mudra itself. For a monk who is not firm in his devotion to that very reality, even if he has faith, it is forbidden to take the empowerment of the external wisdom mother. Otherwise, the previous vows will be broken and it will become very meaningless. If one is firm in meditating on the lama, then at that time, the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge should be given to him with the wisdom mudra entrusted to him. He takes it.
