By this order, whatever else is small, all should be offered by this ritual. Thus it is said. Again, offer with a handful of flowers. I prostrate to the principal Buddha. I prostrate to the Dharma, the protector. I prostrate to the great Sangha. I always prostrate to the three. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins separately. I rejoice in the merit of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. In the Buddha, Dharma, and supreme assembly, I take refuge until enlightenment. To accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I invite all sentient beings as guests. I will practice the supreme and pleasing Bodhisattva conduct. May I become a Buddha for the benefit of beings. I confess all sins. I also rejoice in the merits. Having done so, I will practice the Uposatha. I will cultivate the eight limbs of the noble ones. By this verse, praise the Lama, the essence of the Three Jewels. Then, to the Lama, the Bodhisattva minds, with a complete precious mandala, I offer all things, so that beings may attain omniscience. Mount Meru with eight ridges, with continents and sub-continents, beautiful, possessing the eight precious things, I offer to the unsurpassed giver. By this, offer. By whose kindness the light illuminates the self, that very one destroys the darkness with a collection of precious lights, those without eye defects also enjoy it, above, beholding the Lama like the sun, I pay homage to him. By this, scatter flowers and prostrate. This is the Mandala of the Lama. Then, reciting the verse "Giving is heavy," perform the three mandalas as before. Among them, the mandala with Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, and their retinues, with Akshobhya as the main one, is the Mandala of the Buddha.

The retinue of Kriya, Charya, Yoga, and Yogini Tantras, with the Mandala of Anuttarayoga Tantra as the main focus, is the Dharma. Maitreya, Akashagarbha, Samantabhadra, Vajrapani, Manjushri, Nivarana-Vishkambhin, Ksitigarbha, and Jnana-Guru are the retinue, with Lokeshvara as the main focus, which is the Mandala of the Sangha. In these three Mandalas, starting from the east and proceeding clockwise, the first letter of (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) and the sound of (Tibetan: ན་མཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ, literal meaning: Homage) are placed at the end, and after reciting their respective names, offer flowers to the previous Mandala. After performing the four Mandalas in this order of recitation, with faith, a son or daughter of good family, on an auspicious date, day, and time, etc., having put on clean and pure clothes, contemplate the pleasing form of the Tathagata as much as possible, and with offerings such as flowers preceding, first prostrate to the Three Jewels. Similarly, after offering worship and gifts to the best of one's ability, offer a handful of flowers to the compassionate and omniscient Lama, and prostrate at his feet, or kneel on the ground in the posture of a child, or sit upright with palms joined, and recite the following prayer three times: Virtuous friend, please grant me the blessings to confess sins, take refuge, and generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, the Lama, with an even greater altruistic intention, looks at the disciple and promises to give as much as possible, and then gives in this way: One who is qualified, you should say this: All the Buddhas, Bhagavat, who truly reside in all the realms of the ten directions, and the great Bodhisattvas, please listen to me. Teacher, please listen to me. I, who am called ..., whatever little sins I have committed with body, speech, and mind, against the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and against my mother and father, and other sentient beings who have truly come, in this life or in endless lifetimes, the sins that I have committed, or caused others to commit, or rejoiced in others' committing.
