This is the empowerment of the vajra. oṃ vajra adha vāti stvāṃ abhiṣiñcāmi tiṣṭha vajra samaya stvaṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་དྷ་བ་ཏི་སྟྭཱཾ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩཱ་མི་ཏིཥ་བཛྲས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अधा वाति स्त्वां अभिषिञ्चामि तिष्ठ वज्र समय स्त्वं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra adha vāti stvāṃ abhiṣiñcāmi tiṣṭha vajra samaya stvaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，下，风，你，灌顶，住立，金刚，誓言，你). Saying this, with great devotion, the bell should be entrusted by the preceptor. Furthermore, one should be devoted to the belief that the deities, such as the Buddha images, have accepted it. Contemplate that the Buddha images, etc., with hands holding the vajra and bell, make the wisdom mudra, and immediately empower them with the ritual of water empowerment that has been spoken, and the lords of their respective families seal them on the crown of the head. For those who do not know their lineage, they should be sealed by Akshobhya or Vajrasattva. The Tathāgatas, Bodhisattvas, and other goddesses are then absorbed into the nature of the wisdom sattva. Bless them with the mantra oṃ supratiṣṭha vajre svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्रे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ supratiṣṭha vajre svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，善安住，金刚，梭哈). After that, in accordance with the Buddha images, etc., and in accordance with the donor's manifest desire to increase merit, with a golden spoon, place ghee and honey in a silver bowl, and recite oṃ cakṣuḥ cakṣuḥ samanta cakṣuḥ viśo dhane svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཙཀྵུཿ་ཙཀྵུཿ་ས་མནྟ་ཙཀྵུཿ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ चक्षुः चक्षुः समन्त चक्षुः विशो धने स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ cakṣuḥ cakṣuḥ samanta cakṣuḥ viśo dhane svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，眼，眼，普眼，清净，梭哈), and open the eyes of the Buddha images with eye medicine. For scriptures, etc., contemplate the images of the deities in the mirror, and for the purpose of pacification, etc., the donor should view the supreme deity.
