Pour in the water mixed with nectar, and recite the mantras of Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), as well as the mantra of one's own deity and the mantra of swirling nectar, seven times or one hundred and eight times, for the sake of pacification. For the sake of increase, pour in sesame seeds, yogurt, red flowers, kusha grass, and yellow-scented water mixed with nectar, and consume it in this way. Then, on one's left side, place the vessel for offering water, the vessel for washing feet, and the vessels for sprinkling water and washing the face. In front of these vessels, also place three empty offering vessels. Then, with the thumb and forefinger of the right fist, gracefully swirl and take the water and flowers from the foot-washing vessel, and with the mantra to be recited, gradually release the forefinger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger, pouring them into the vessel three times. Taking the water from the second vessel, use the tip of a bunch of kusha grass held in the right hand to take the water and sprinkle it three times into the second offering vessel. For sprinkling water with the water from the vase of all activities, it is also done in the same way. Taking the water from the second vessel itself, hold the flowers with the thumb and forefinger of the right fist, and for the purpose of washing the face, recite the mantra to be recited in the second offering vessel, gradually releasing the thumb, little finger, ring finger, middle finger, and forefinger of the fist facing downwards, pouring them three times. Thirdly, holding the water and so on from the offering water vessel in the palms, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), Pravara Satkara Argham Pratīccha Hūṃ Svāhā, and with the vajra palms opened, pour it three times into the third offering vessel. The above three, foot-washing, sprinkling water, and face-washing, omit the sound of Argham and add Padyam, Proksanam, and Anjamanam respectively to pour. This order of giving foot-washing, sprinkling water, and offering water is mostly seen in activities. In some places it is different. Sprinkling water is according to what is appropriate. In some places, offering water is done first. In some places, only offering water is done. According to the occasion, it should be done as is appropriate. Among these, the water for washing feet is for the deities.

Thinking of offering for washing the feet. Ablution is offered to all the body images. Rinsing the mouth is offered to the hands or face. Offering water is offered to the front or head. Flowers are offered to the head. Incense and lamps are offered to the front. Divine food is offered to the front or hands or face. Fragrance is offered to the heart. Like this, it is offered in all rituals. Offering water and so on is the ritual of offering. Then, the complete consecration of temples and so on, or because of praying for the sake of empowerment, or striving for the sake of achieving one's own or others' accomplishments, or seeing the great benefit of sentient beings, or being urged by others, for the sake of drawing mandalas. Knowing the path of omniscience, first accumulate the accumulation of closeness, and eliminate all obstacles. Without closeness, there is no accomplishment. Therefore, understand the truth of the two stages. After dwelling properly in a secluded place, one should practice the wheel of the deity. Recite the secret mantra of that fault. Recite the hundred thousand times of the lord of the wheel, or recite the hundred thousand times of one's own deity. The hundred thousand times of the mandala practitioner, this is called prior closeness. Moreover, the practice sequence and mantras of the deities of the generation stage and the completion stage have been extensively clarified elsewhere in accordance with the Dharma, so they are not elaborated here. The respective shapes and body colors of the many powder mandalas that will be described, as well as the faces, hands, symbols, and mantras, even if only these are said, the scriptures will become numerous, because it is feared that those who like brevity will not accept them, so even the shapes and so on are not shown here. We, with the garland of perfect yoga, for the wisdom of those with sharp faculties, the practice sequence of the mandala deity and the collection of essence, must be practiced. Therefore, the ear of light and the garland of perfect yoga are components of the Vajra Garland. In this way, by extensively practicing closeness beforehand, one can instantly perfect all aspects of the mandala deity yoga, and be able to manifest expansion and contraction, so it is not hindered by the wheel of the one who dwells in the wheel, or through the permission of accumulating merit, one can also perform mandala and consecration and learn.
