ན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་རྫོགས་བྱེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སྐབས་འདིར་མཆོད་པ་དབུལ། མཐུ་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་དགེ་བསྙེན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་པོ་རེ་རེ་ལ་གཡོག་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བདུན་འབུམ་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། ཇི་ལྟར་སྔོན་གདན་འཛོམ་ པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར། ལྷའི་ངག་བདེན་པས་གསུང་གཅིག་ཏུ། འདི་སྐད་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་བདག་ཅག་གིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻ་ཌཱུཪྻའི་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་མཚན་ཐོས་ཏེ། བདག་ཅག་ལ་ཡང་ངན་འགྲོར་འགྲོ་བའི་འཇིགས་པ་འབྱུང་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེས་ན་བདག་ཅག་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་མཐུན་པར་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཆོས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དང༌། སྨན་པ་དང༌། བདེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་སྤྲོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་གྲོང་ངམ། གྲོང་ཁྱེར་རམ། གྲོང་རྡལ་ལམ། དགོན་པའི་གནས་གང་ན་མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་སྤྱོད་པ་དང༌། གང་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻ་ཌཱུཪྻའི་འོད་དེའི་མཚན་འཆང་བ་དང༌། མཆོད་པ་དང་རིམ་གྲོ་བྱེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ལ། བདག་ཅག་གིས་བསྲུང་བར་བགྱི། ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱི། གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐར་བར་བགྱི། བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བགྱིའོ་ཞེས་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་ཏེ་ཐུགས་དམ་དུ་བཞེས་ཤིང༌། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་གང་གི་ཕྱིར། ཁྱེད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻ་ཌཱུཪྻའི་འོད་དེ་ལ་བྱས་པ་གཟོ་ཞིང་རྫས་སུ་དྲན་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཞུགས་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་སྟོན་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། དེང་འདིར་ཡང་མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས་སྦྱར་བའི་ཕོ་བྲང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདིར་དུལ་ཞིང་ཞི་བའི་འཁོར་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱམས་པ་དང་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བས་མཆོད་པ་བཞེས་ཤིང་མདོ་སྡེའི་ཆོ་ག་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བསྐང་སྟེ། ཕན་ཡོན་ཇི་སྐད་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་སོགས་པ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་ཅི་གནང༌། ལྷག་པར་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བདུན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་རྒྱས་པའི་མདོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གསུང་རབ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་རྒྱས་པར་བགྱི་བ་དང༌། སྒོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནས་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་བར་ཆད་དང་བགེགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། བདུད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མི་ནད་དང༌། ཕྱུགས

敬礼于汝！供养，我皈依！敬礼于夜叉之主大尊圆满者！供养，我皈依！此时敬献供品。祈请垂念具威力之福德的善士夜叉之主十二尊，每一尊都带有七十万夜叉侍从。如昔日于聚集之座前，以天之真实语，异口同声地说：以佛之威力，我等听闻如来药师琉璃光王之名，我等亦不会有堕入恶趣之怖畏。因此，我等共同和合，乃至尽寿皈依佛！皈依法！皈依僧！为一切有情之利益，为医师及安乐之故而欢喜行事。特别是，无论在村庄、城市、城镇或寺院的何处，此经被奉行，以及何处有持诵如来药师琉璃光之名，并作供养和恭敬之有情，我等将守护彼等，完全护佑彼等，从一切邪魔中完全解脱彼等，所有愿望皆得圆满。如是承诺并立誓。世尊亦因此说：汝等为报答如来药师琉璃光之恩，忆念其功德，为利益一切有情而行事，善哉！善哉！如是赞许。如今，于此聚集供品之宫殿坛城中，以调伏寂静之眷属，以慈爱和悲悯接受供品，圆满完成经之仪轨，所有如您所说之利益，愿我等一切有情皆得加持。特别是，愿如来七佛之愿力殊胜广大的经典等圣教，长久兴盛，以及对于从一切门修行佛法者，所有障碍和魔障，以及一切魔之势力，以及地方上的人疾和牲畜。

Homage to you! Offering, I take refuge! Homage to the great Yaksha chief, the Accomplisher! Offering, I take refuge! At this time, I offer the offerings. Please consider the twelve great Yaksha chiefs, each with seven hundred thousand Yaksha attendants, who possess the power and glory of virtuous laymen. As in the past, before the assembled seat, with the true words of the gods, in one voice, they said: By the power of the Buddha, we have heard the name of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, and we will not have the fear of falling into the lower realms. Therefore, we will unite together and, for as long as we live, take refuge in the Buddha! Take refuge in the Dharma! Take refuge in the Sangha! For the benefit of all sentient beings, and for the sake of doctors and happiness, we will act with joy. In particular, wherever in villages, cities, towns, or monasteries this sutra is practiced, and wherever there are sentient beings who hold the name of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru and make offerings and reverence, we will protect them, completely protect them, completely liberate them from all demons, and fulfill all their wishes. Thus they promised and vowed. The Bhagavan also said: Because you repay the kindness of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, remember his qualities, and act for the benefit of all sentient beings, well done! well done! Thus he praised them. Now, in this mandala of the palace where offerings are gathered, with a subdued and peaceful retinue, with love and compassion, accept the offerings, and completely fulfill the ritual of the sutra, so that all the benefits you have spoken of may be blessed to be obtained by all sentient beings, including myself. In particular, may the holy Dharma, such as the sutras of the seven Buddhas, whose prayers are especially vast, flourish for a long time, and may all obstacles and hindrances to those who practice the Dharma from all doors, and all the forces of demons, and human diseases and livestock in the region,
