以宣说七名如来和顶礼供养等的威力，祈愿我等以及所有众生，都能与如来名号圆满宣扬吉祥王之秋季殊胜愿文相应，愿那些被各种疾病折磨身体，被瘟疫和刽子手，作祟和僵尸，以及各种恐惧所困扰的一切众生的损害和疾病，立即消除，永远寂静。直至菩提究竟，愿瘟疫和罪恶之魔全部消除，愿完全寂静。愿我等以及所有众生，所有那些盲人、聋人、疯子、白癜风患者和患有严重疾病的人，直至菩提究竟，所有感官都完全具足，愿痛苦和疾病全部断绝。愿我等以及所有众生，所有那些被贪欲、嗔恨和愚痴所蒙蔽，造作五无间罪，行为不端，舍弃正法，造作各种罪恶不善业，将要堕入三恶道和地狱，以及已经生于大地狱并感受痛苦感受的众生，愿他们所有五无间罪等的业障全部清净和灭尽，愿各种痛苦的延续立即断绝，并具足殊胜安乐。直至无上菩提成佛之前，愿谁也不要堕入地狱和恶趣，愿能享受天界的安乐和人间的安乐。愿我等以及所有众生，所有那些已经变得贫穷，没有食物、饮料、财富、谷物、床铺、香、花环和用具的人，直至菩提究竟，愿财富、衣服、珍宝、谷物、床铺、香、花环和用具都增多。愿我等以及所有众生，所有那些被监禁、殴打、囚禁，以及被各种武器折磨身体的人，直至菩提究竟，愿从所有监禁和殴打中解脱。

Through the power of reciting the names of the seven Tathagatas and making prostrations and offerings, may we and all sentient beings be in accordance with the special autumn aspiration of the Tathagata whose name is perfectly proclaimed, the glorious king. May the harm and diseases of all those sentient beings who are afflicted in body by various ailments, tormented by plagues and executioners, by doers and zombies, and by various fears, be immediately purified and completely pacified forever. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may plagues and evil spirits be eliminated. May there be complete peace. May we and all sentient beings, all those who are blind, deaf, insane, afflicted with vitiligo, and afflicted with severe illnesses, until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may all their senses be fully complete, and may all suffering and disease be completely eradicated. May we and all sentient beings, all those who are obscured by desire, hatred, and ignorance, who commit the five heinous crimes, engage in improper conduct, abandon the sacred Dharma, perform various sinful and unwholesome actions, who are destined to go to the three lower realms and hell, and who, having been born in the great hell, experience the feelings of suffering, may all their karmic obscurations, including the five heinous crimes, be completely purified and exhausted. May the stream of various sufferings be immediately cut off, and may they be endowed with supreme bliss. Until attaining unsurpassed enlightenment and Buddhahood, may no one ever go to hell or the lower realms. May they experience the bliss of the heavenly realms and the bliss of humans. May we and all sentient beings, all those who have become impoverished, lacking food, drink, wealth, grain, bedding, incense, garlands, and possessions, until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may wealth, clothing, jewels, grain, bedding, incense, garlands, and possessions increase. May we and all sentient beings, all those who are bound, beaten, imprisoned, and whose bodies are tormented by various kinds of weapons, until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may they be completely liberated from all bonds and beatings.
