未祈请而以略有阻碍之姿态揣测而行之事仅此而已。如昔日如何加持与开示一般，今亦以盛大法会圆满聚集，祈请加持，并恳请如所开示之利益，皆能利益我等及一切有情。祈请如来之语成为真实可信，恳请显现无有变异之真理。向诸圣者一一分别献供并祈愿，于持诵咒语心髓完毕后，普遍献供并作回向之祈愿，向圣者聚集之大众普遍献上力所能及之供品，并如七如来祈愿之殊胜广经中所述，于供养会合之宫殿坛城中，如来应供正等觉善名普闻吉祥王，如来宝月莲花庄严善巧光辉音声王，如来妙金无垢宝光苦行圆满，如来无忧最胜吉祥，如来法海音，如来法海胜慧游戏神通，如来药师琉璃光王，以及导师薄伽梵释迦牟尼佛及其眷属，迎请后称名顶礼，献供，并祈愿与彼等圣者往昔之殊胜愿力及教言相符，复于彼等圣者前忏悔罪业，献上随喜，劝请祈祷等，以此所有之福德力，以及彼等圣者之威力与加持力，祈愿王子殿下从无始轮回以来所积之实罪与业障，皆得清净。愿身无疾病，寿命无量长久，头戴发髻。

This is just a small offering made with the assumption of some hindrance due to not requesting. Just as it was blessed and instructed in the past, now again, with a great gathering, the assembly is completely filled. Please bless us, and grant us all the benefits that have been instructed, for the sake of all sentient beings, including ourselves. May the words of the Tathagata become true and reliable, and may the unchanging truth be revealed. After offering to each of the noble ones individually and making prayers, and after completing the recitation of the essence of the mantra, make general offerings and dedicate the merit with prayers. Offer whatever offerings are available to the general assembly of noble ones, and as described in the sutra of the extensive distinctions of the prayers of the seven Tathagatas, in this mandala of the palace where the assemblies of offerings are combined, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, Well-Named, Universally Proclaimed, Glorious King, and the Tathagata, adorned with jewels, moon, and lotus, the King of Sound and Voice of Wisdom and Glory, and the Tathagata, Pure Gold, Immaculate Jewel Light, Accomplished Ascetic, and the Tathagata, Supreme and Auspicious Free from Sorrow, and the Tathagata, Ocean of Dharma Proclaimed Voice, and the Tathagata, Ocean of Dharma, Supreme Intellect, Playful Manifest Knowledge, and the Tathagata, Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and the Teacher, Bhagavan, Glorious Shakyamuni Buddha, with his retinue, are invited, and after mentioning their names, prostrations are made, offerings are made, and prayers are offered in accordance with the special prayers of those noble ones in the past and their instructions. Furthermore, in the presence of those noble ones, confessing sins, offering rejoicing, urging and praying, etc., by the power of whatever merit there is, and by the power, glory, and blessings of those noble ones, may all the actual sins and obscurations accumulated by the prince from beginningless samsara be purified. May he be free from illness, and may his life be immeasurably long, and may he wear a topknot.

May the political affairs be vast and extensive, and may you possess the glory and perfection that transcends both the mundane and the transcendent realms! Ultimately, may you attain the state of the eternal body, the great Dharma King, the perfectly enlightened Bhagavan Buddha, who has perfected the two accumulations! May all the subjects under your rule have all internal and external harms completely pacified, be happy and joyful, and abide in the good and excellent Dharma in both the immediate and long term! May all the regions of Ngari (present-day western Tibet, China) be free from harms such as human and livestock diseases, crop failures, and enemy forces, and may no inauspicious events occur. May there be timely rainfall, abundant harvests, and flourishing livestock, and may they be endowed with the perfection of happiness and prosperity! May the sacred Dharma abide for a long time, and may it flourish and spread in all directions! For those who perform virtuous deeds, the final dedication should be written and offered according to their respective beliefs. After all the prayers are completed, we ask for forgiveness at the time of departure and pray for your return. If there are any errors or shortcomings, such as inadequacies in the performance of the ritual, I beseech all the noble ones endowed with great compassion to forgive them. Please accept our apologies with loving-kindness and bless us so that we may be free from obstacles and harm in this life and the next. May the noble ones remember that until this day or this time, you have performed deeds of benefit and happiness for us and all impoverished and suffering beings, and have bestowed teachings. Please consider returning again and again with compassion. I pray that you may go to your respective pure Buddha-fields to benefit beings. Finally, the verses of dedication are recited. Completed.
