在任何相符之处，乃至尽寿之间，皈依佛！皈依法！皈依僧！为了所有众生的利益、饶益和安乐，我等乐意行事。特别是，无论在村庄、城市、城镇或寺院的何处，此经被奉行，以及任何供养、礼敬、侍奉持诵世尊如来药师琉璃光王名号的众生，我等皆将守护，完全庇护，使其从一切损害中完全解脱，一切愿望皆得圆满。如是，以圣者之语审察，允诺并铭记于心。导师世尊也说，为了什么你对药师琉璃光王如来报恩、忆念，并为了利益一切众生而请问，善哉！如是随喜。如今，在此聚集供养的宫殿坛城中，以调伏寂静之心，慈爱悲悯地接受供养，圆满完成经的仪轨，祈请加持，使我等一切众生皆能获得如您所说的一切利益。特别是，祈愿如来七佛往昔愿力殊胜广大的经典等圣法，长久兴盛，并祈愿从一切门径修持佛法者，免于一切魔障之阻碍，以及消除在地方上散布人畜疾病、旱涝冰雹等灾害，制造损害、不祥之兆，示现诸多不吉利，心怀对众生之憎恨的各种邪魔鬼怪，在此区域游荡作祟。无论某某（指特定的人）是因宿业所致，还是因突发因缘所致，或是因地方、家族、血统的祟气所致，愿其某某的身体、生命、政权、权势、眷属、资具等一切，无论以何种方式所受之损害

In any agreement, until the end of life, I take refuge in the Buddha! I take refuge in the Dharma! I take refuge in the Sangha! For the sake of all sentient beings' benefit, welfare, and happiness, I will gladly act. In particular, wherever in a village, city, town, or monastery this sutra is practiced, and any sentient beings who hold the name of, make offerings to, and serve the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, we shall protect, fully cherish, completely liberate them from all harm, and fulfill all their wishes. Thus, having examined the words of the noble ones, they pledged and kept it in their hearts. The Teacher, the Blessed One, also said, "For what reason do you repay the kindness, remember, and ask about the Tathagata, the Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, for the benefit of all sentient beings? Well done!" He rejoiced in this way. Likewise, here today, in this mandala of the palace where offerings are gathered, with a tamed and peaceful mind, with love and compassion, accept the offerings and completely fulfill the ritual of the sutra. Please bless us so that all sentient beings, including myself, may receive all the benefits as you have spoken. In particular, may the holy Dharma, such as the sutras that extensively describe the special qualities of the past aspirations of the Seven Tathagatas, flourish for a long time. May all obstacles and hindrances to those who practice the Dharma from all paths be removed, and may all demonic forces that spread diseases among humans and livestock, cause droughts, hailstorms, and other disasters in the region, create harm, inauspicious signs, show many inauspicious omens, and various kinds of evil spirits and obstacles that harbor hatred towards sentient beings, wandering and causing trouble in this area, be pacified. Whether so-and-so (referring to a specific person) is due to past karma, or due to sudden circumstances, or due to the influence of local, family, or lineage spirits, may any harm done to so-and-so's body, life, government, power, retinue, possessions, etc., in any way,

所有一切的鬼怪邪魔，都以各自相应的方法来调伏，恳请息灭怨恨和损害之心，成为具有寂静、善良和慈爱之心者，先前所有不吉祥和损害的恶行也都摧毁并消除。今后不再做任何损害之事，以各自种姓的坚定誓言来禁止，恳请在聚集的圣众面前赐予重大誓言之事业。在此一一供养并祈愿圆满之际，将咒语心要另外念诵七遍以上，四十九遍以下，尽力念诵。顶礼导师薄伽梵如来，应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛，如前一样供养后，念诵此简略祈请文。导师薄伽梵如来，吉祥释迦牟尼佛，请您垂念我等一切众生，我等众生为各种业障所障蔽，为各种疾病所折磨，为各种忧伤和痛苦所困扰，变得贫困。为了天人和人类的利益、福祉和安乐，七如来的善巧方便和往昔广大殊胜的愿力加持，从吉祥之歌中真实宣说，并广为宣说无量利益，如是日月虽可堕于边地，须弥山王虽可从其位移，大海虽可逾越时节，虚空虽可变为边地，边地虽可变为虚空，水可变为火，火可变为水，寒风虽可用绳索捕捉，但诸天与人的导师，圆满正等觉，一切智者，一切见者，身语意行皆无丝毫过失的如来所善说之语，绝无变异。为了某某等人的利益，如吉祥之歌中所说的经藏中所说的那样，在七如来和导师善逝聚集的圣众面前，陈设力所能及的供品，供养后祈愿。

May all the ghosts and demons be subdued by methods appropriate to each, and may they be persuaded to abandon thoughts of hatred and harm, and become beings with peaceful, virtuous, and loving minds. May all the inauspicious and harmful deeds previously done be destroyed and eliminated. Hereafter, may they not commit any harmful actions, and may they be restrained by the firm vows of their respective lineages. May the activity of bestowing great vows be performed in the presence of the assembled holy beings. At this time of offering and completing prayers one by one, the essence of the mantra should be recited separately, from seven times up to forty-nine times, as much as possible. Homage to the Teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni. Having made offerings as before, recite this brief prayer: Teacher, Bhagavan, Tathagata, glorious Shakyamuni Buddha, please care for all sentient beings, including us, who are obscured by various karmic obscurations, afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, and have become impoverished. For the sake of the benefit, well-being, and happiness of gods and humans, may the skillful means of the Seven Tathagatas and the blessings of their vast and extraordinary past aspirations be bestowed, as truly proclaimed in the Song of Glory, and may the immeasurable benefits be extensively taught, such that even if the sun and moon were to fall into the periphery, the king of mountains, Mount Meru, were to move from its place, the great ocean were to exceed its season, the sky were to turn into the periphery, the periphery were to turn into the sky, water were to turn into fire, fire were to turn into water, and the cold wind were to be caught with a rope, the words well-spoken by the Tathagata, the teacher of gods and humans, the perfectly enlightened one, the all-knowing one, the all-seeing one, whose body, speech, and mind are without any impurity, will never change. For the benefit of so-and-so and others, as it is said in the Sutra from the Song of Glory, in the presence of the assembled holy beings of the Seven Tathagatas and the Teacher Sugatas, arrange whatever offerings are available, and after offering, pray.
