愿彼光荣音声之王，于其清净佛土，化生于莲花心之狮子座。 愿一生出，便显现陀罗尼（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）与禅定等一切功德之聚。 愿从导师无上珍宝月莲善于光荣音声之王等十方一切佛陀处，如实领受教言，令其心悦，刹那刹那无碍进入一切佛土。 又愿我等一切有情，为如来珍宝月莲善于光荣音声之王及一切菩萨所垂念。 愿一切罪业及业障得以清净。 愿贪嗔痴得以减轻。 愿长寿无病。 愿一切所思之愿皆得圆满。 愿一切争斗、争论、争端、辩论皆得平息。 顶礼薄伽梵如来应供正等觉黄金无垢珍宝光明苦行成就者，如前供养，立此誓愿。 今于诸佛菩萨眷属云集之圣前。 忆念并称诵七遍如来黄金无垢珍宝光明苦行成就者之名，以顶礼供养等之威力。 如来黄金无垢珍宝光明苦行成就者彼之往昔殊胜愿力相应，我等有情凡有杀生者。 造作种种杀生之不善业者。 以杀害种种有情之生命，而致短命多病者。 以及因水、毒、武器、火、种种疾病而死者，愿彼等一切业障得以完全清净，而得长寿。 愿无人非时而死。 我等有情凡有罪

May that King of Glorious Sound be miraculously born in the pure Buddha-field on a lotus-heart lion throne. As soon as he is born, may he manifest all the collections of qualities such as dharanis (藏文：གཟུངས་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：dhāraṇī，汉语字面意思：总持) and samadhi. May he truly receive the teachings from all the Buddhas of the ten directions, such as the unsurpassed teacher, the Jewel, Moon, and Lotus, well-adorned, the King of Glorious Sound, the Wise One, and may he please their minds and enter all the Buddha-fields without hindrance in an instant. Furthermore, may all sentient beings, including myself, be remembered by the Tathagata Jewel, Moon, and Lotus, well-adorned, the King of Glorious Sound, the Wise One, and all the Bodhisattvas. May all sins and karmic obscurations be purified. May attachment, hatred, and ignorance be diminished. May we live long and be free from illness. May all our thoughts and wishes be fulfilled. May all fighting, quarreling, disputes, and debates be completely pacified. I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, Golden Excellent, Stainless, Jewel Light, Ascetic Accomplished One, and make offerings as before, and make this aspiration. Today, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and their sons, I remember and recite the name of the Tathagata Golden Excellent, Stainless, Jewel Light, Ascetic Accomplished One seven times, and through the power of prostrations and offerings, in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata Golden Excellent, Stainless, Jewel Light, Ascetic Accomplished One, may all sentient beings, including myself, who kill living beings, who commit various non-virtuous deeds of killing, who have short lives and many diseases due to killing various kinds of living beings, and who die from water, poison, weapons, fire, and various diseases, may all their karmic obscurations be completely purified and may they have long lives. Committing various non-virtuous deeds, stealing and robbing others' possessions, resulting in being born into poor families, being naked, suffering from hunger and thirst, and experiencing all kinds of suffering, may all their sins be immediately purified, and may they attain perfect and complete power until the ultimate enlightenment! May all beings, including ourselves, who harbor thoughts of harming each other, kill each other, and engage in conflicts, abide in love like siblings until we attain unsurpassed enlightenment and Buddhahood! May all beings, including ourselves, who are obscured by desire, hatred, and ignorance, leading to the violation of vows, the commission of all kinds of sins, the breaking of vows, the consumption of offerings given in faith, and the fall into the three lower realms, becoming hell-beings, may all their karmic obscurations be immediately and completely purified! May they be free from the near afflictions! Until the essence of enlightenment, may they uphold the precepts correctly and abide in the discipline of body, speech, and mind!
