顶礼（佛像）。如前供养后，立此愿：今于诸佛菩萨圣众云集之前，听闻如来法海音之名，忆念并念诵七遍，顶礼及供养等之威力，愿我等众生，皆如如来法海音往昔之殊胜愿力，凡生于邪见之家，不信佛法僧，远离菩提心者，所有业障悉皆消尽，直至菩提究竟，皆成正见者。愿具足对佛法僧之不退转信心。愿于菩提心永不退转。我等众生，凡于无佛声、无法声、无僧声之边地出生，受恶知识影响而造罪业者，彼等命终堕恶趣，于诸善法全然退失者，愿如来法海音之名传于彼等耳中。愿降下法之云，发出海之音。愿彼等听闻法音后，宿业消尽，直至菩提究竟，与菩提心永不分离。我等众生，凡因缺乏衣物、饰品、香、花鬘、涂香、卧具、医药等而受苦，造作罪业者，愿彼等一切衣物、饰品、香、花鬘、涂香、卧具、医药等，受用及资具，皆能即刻自然生出，无所匮乏。直至菩提究竟，亦无任何匮乏，能自在享用圆满福德。我等众生，凡因往昔业力

Having prostrated, and having made offerings as before, I make this aspiration: Now, in the presence of the assembly of victorious ones and their offspring, having heard the name of the Tathagata Dharmameghaghosasvara, remembering it and reciting it seven times, and through the power of prostrations and offerings, may we and all sentient beings, in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata Dharmameghaghosasvara, all those who are born in families with wrong views, who do not have faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and who are far from cherishing the mind of enlightenment, may all their karmic obscurations be exhausted, and may they become possessors of right view until the ultimate end of enlightenment. May they be endowed with unwavering faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. May they never turn back from cherishing the mind of enlightenment. We and all sentient beings, wherever the sound of the Buddha is not heard, the sound of the Dharma is not heard, and the sound of the Sangha is not heard, having been born in remote border regions, and under the influence of unwholesome friends, committing sinful deeds, may they, having passed away from there and fallen into the lower realms, and having completely declined from all virtuous dharmas, may the name of the Tathagata Dharmameghaghosasvara be heard in their ears. May clouds of Dharma and the sound of the ocean arise. Having heard that sound of the Dharma, may their previous karma be exhausted, and may they never be separated from cherishing the mind of enlightenment until the ultimate end of enlightenment. We and all sentient beings, all those who suffer due to the lack of clothing, ornaments, incense, garlands, unguents, bedding, and medicine for the sick, and who commit sinful deeds, may all of them immediately and naturally have clothing, ornaments, incense, garlands, unguents, bedding, medicine for the sick, and all enjoyments and resources, without any lack. May all those who suffer or will suffer from being struck by blunt weapons, swords, arrows, and clubs for the sake of fighting and struggling, arguing and debating, and harming and killing each other due to the effects of karma, may all those arrows, swords, clubs, and so on return and turn back on themselves. May all enemies abide in loving-kindness. May no one's life force be cut off. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may each be content with their own possessions, enjoyments, and power. After dying and transmigrating from here, may they be miraculously born on a lotus heart lion throne in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, Dharma Ocean Melodious Voice Buddha, and immediately upon birth, may all the collections of qualities such as dharanis and samadhis become manifest. May they receive the authentic teachings from the unsurpassed teacher Dharma Ocean Melodious Voice and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, delight their hearts, and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in every instant. Furthermore, may all the sins of all sentient beings, including ourselves, be completely purified. May we never turn back from the enlightenment of the Buddha. May we remember our past lives in all lifetimes. May we meet the Tathagata in all lifetimes. May we always be healthy and long-lived. May we never go astray into wrong paths. 赌博和，做生意和，争斗和争论有兴趣，做罪恶之事的那一切，刚一想，所有工具都到齐愿成就。没有害人之心愿成就。恒常行持善心愿成就。我等以及其他众生，凡是由于如实取了不善十业之道，将要堕入地狱的那些众生，全部都具足善良十业之道愿成就。任何众生也不要堕入地狱愿成就。我等以及其他众生，凡是为他人所控制，被处以刑罚，殴打，关进牢狱，成为该杀之人的那些众生，直到菩提究竟之间，从束缚和殴打等等之中解脱愿成就。具足无上的圆满自主权愿成就。我等以及其他众生，凡是造作各种导致短命的罪恶不善业，将要死亡的那些众生，所有罪业全部清净，长寿并且由于非时而死之事，无论何时也绝不死亡愿成就。临死时也同样，如来法海胜慧游戏神通之名，传入耳中并且忆念之后，转生到善趣天界愿成就。直到菩提究竟之间，享受天人的安乐愿成就。从此地死后，也于薄伽梵如来应供正等觉法海胜慧游戏神通的佛刹中，于莲花心间的 狮子座上化生，刚一出生，陀罗尼和三摩地等等所有功德之聚显现，从导师无上法海胜慧游戏神通等等十方诸佛处，如实领受教言，令其欢喜，并且于刹那刹那间，无碍进入所有佛刹愿成就。对薄伽梵如来应供正等觉药师琉璃光王，恭敬顶礼和供养。

May all those who are interested in gambling, doing business, fighting, and arguing, and doing sinful deeds, have all the necessary equipment available as soon as they think of it. May they be free from malice. May they always practice virtuous thoughts. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are destined to go to hell because they have truly taken the path of the ten non-virtuous actions, be endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions. May no sentient being ever go to hell. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are under the control of others, who are punished, beaten, imprisoned, and destined to be killed, be liberated from bondage, beatings, and so on, until the ultimate end of enlightenment. May they possess supreme and perfect freedom. May all sentient beings, including myself, who have committed various sins and non-virtuous deeds that lead to a short life, and who are destined to die, have all their sins completely purified, and may they never die from untimely death at any time. Even at the time of death, may the name of the Tathagata, the Supreme Ocean of Dharma, the All-Knowing One who Plays with Wisdom, be heard and remembered, and may they be reborn in the happy realm of the gods. May they experience the happiness of gods and humans until the ultimate end of enlightenment. After dying from here, may they also be born miraculously on a lion throne in the heart of a lotus in the Buddha-field of the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the Supreme Ocean of Dharma, the All-Knowing One who Plays with Wisdom, and as soon as they are born, may all the collections of qualities, such as dharanis and samadhis, be manifested, and may they receive the true teachings from all the Buddhas of the ten directions, including the Teacher, the Supreme Ocean of Dharma, the All-Knowing One who Plays with Wisdom, and may they please them, and may they enter all the Buddha-fields without obstruction in an instant. I respectfully prostrate and make offerings to the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the King of Medicine Buddha Lapis Lazuli Light.
