如前一样，立下这样的愿：如今在诸佛菩萨眷属聚集的座前，听闻了如来药师琉璃光王的名号，心中忆念并念诵七遍，顶礼膜拜，凭借供养等等的力量，愿我和所有众生，都能与如来药师琉璃光王往昔的殊胜愿力相应，具足大丈夫的三十二相和八十随形好，如彼如来一般。愿所有众生都能变得和他一样！愿身体的光芒照亮无量无边的世界，光明闪耀，一片光明！愿我和所有众生的身体，都变得像琉璃宝一样，内外清净无染，光明照耀，肢体宽广巨大，充满荣耀和光辉，安稳住立，胜过日月的光网庄严。愿我和所有众生，都变得像如来药师琉璃光王一样！愿那些生于世间黑暗之处的众生，以及人世间黑夜的黑暗中，在不同方向游走的众生，都能凭借如来的光明，在十方自由自在地行走和工作！如来药师琉璃光王以其无量的智慧和方便，愿我和所有无量无边的众生，都能拥有取之不尽、用之不竭的受用，没有任何匮乏！愿我和所有误入歧途的众生，以及进入声闻和缘觉道的众生，都能进入无上的大乘道！愿我和所有在如来面前行持梵行的众生，以及无量无边的众生，直至菩提究竟，都能被三种律仪所摄持，戒律清净无损！

As before, make this aspiration: Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having heard the name of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, remembering it in our minds and reciting it seven times, prostrating and making offerings, may all beings, including myself, in accordance with the special vows of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, be perfectly adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of a great being, just like that Tathagata. May all beings become like him! May the light of our bodies illuminate countless worlds, shining brightly and clearly! May the bodies of all beings, including myself, become like the precious jewel of lapis lazuli, pure and immaculate inside and out, radiant with light, with vast and great limbs, blazing with glory and splendor, well-established, and adorned with a network of rays surpassing the sun and moon. May all beings, including myself, become like the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru! May those beings born in the dark places of the world, and those wandering in different directions in the darkness of the night in the human world, be able to walk and work freely in the ten directions by the light of the Tathagata! May the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, with his immeasurable wisdom and skillful means, enable all beings, including myself, to possess inexhaustible resources and enjoyments, without any lack! May all beings, including myself, who have entered wrong paths, and those who have entered the paths of Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, enter the unsurpassed path of the Great Vehicle! May all beings, including myself, who practice pure conduct in the presence of the Tathagata, and countless beings, be restrained by the three vows and maintain pure and unbroken discipline until the ultimate attainment of Bodhi!

May no one violate the precepts and fall into evil destinies. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who have bad bodies, incomplete faculties, ugly complexions, are dull-witted, have defective limbs, are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are blind, deaf, mute, insane, or afflicted with diseases, be completely purified of all karmic obscurations, and may their faculties be complete and their limbs fully perfect. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, whose bodies are tormented by various diseases, who are without refuge, without protection, without provisions or medicine, without relatives, poor, and suffering, may all their diseases be completely pacified. Until the attainment of perfect enlightenment, may they be free from illness and harm, and may they abide in abundant resources. May all women who are afflicted by the hundred faults of women, who do not rejoice in the female form, and who desire to be liberated from the female state, may they all be transformed from the female form. Until the attainment of perfect enlightenment, may they possess the faculties of a male. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, be completely liberated from the snares of demons. May they abandon differing and conflicting views, and may they abide in the correct view. May the vast conduct of enlightenment be perfected. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are threatened by kings, imprisoned, beaten, whipped, sentenced to death, tormented by countless things, free from arrogance, and whose bodies, speech, and minds are threatened by suffering, may they all be completely liberated from all harm. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are consumed by the blazing fire of hunger and thirst, who strive to find food, and who commit sinful deeds, may they all be satisfied with food and drink that possess color, aroma, and taste. May they abide in the supreme bliss of the taste of the holy Dharma. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are naked, without clothing, poor, suffering, and who experience the suffering of cold, heat, mosquitoes, and flies day and night, may they all be adorned with various garments and precious jewels.

願以香、花鬘、塗香及種種樂音，圓滿一切心願，並具足聖者歡喜之戒律喜悅，不為種種煩惱所害，安住於解脫之樂。從此命終之後，亦於如來藥師琉璃光王佛之佛土，於蓮花藏獅子座上化生，甫生，即能現證總持及三摩地等一切功德聚。從無上導師藥師琉璃光王等十方一切諸佛處，如實領受教言，令其心喜，並於剎那剎那間，無礙進入一切佛土。復次，我等眾生，凡為貪著及慳吝所勝，而生於餓鬼或畜生，或將生者，願彼等一切皆生於人間，憶念宿世，並因怖畏惡趣之苦，而不貪求欲妙，喜樂布施，讚歎布施，捨棄一切財物，何況財物之聚，甚至自身之頭、手、血肉，亦能施與乞求者。願我等眾生，凡執持如來之學處顛倒者，或具戒，或僅守戒者，或不尋求多聞者，或雖多聞而不解經藏甚深之義，且成增上慢者，或嫉妒他人，或以權勢侵奪、捨棄聖法，以致墮入或將墮入難忍地獄之眾生，願彼等一切皆能脫離惡趣之苦，生於人間，成為具足正見，且具精進之善心者。捨棄家宅，於佛陀之教法中出家，行菩薩行。我等眾生，凡因讚自毀他之故

May all aspirations be fulfilled with incense, garlands, anointments, and various musical instruments, and may they also possess the joy of morality that pleases the noble ones. May they not be harmed by the afflictions of various kinds, and may they abide in the bliss of liberation. After passing away from here, may they also be born miraculously on a lotus-essence lion throne in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light. As soon as they are born, may all the assemblies of qualities, such as dharanis and samadhis, be manifest. From the unsurpassed teacher, Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, may they receive the authentic teachings, delight their hearts, and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in every instant. Furthermore, may all sentient beings, including myself, who are overcome by attachment and miserliness, and are born or will be born as pretas or animals, be born in the human realm, remember their past lives, and, fearing the terrors of the lower realms, not seek the qualities of desire. May they rejoice in giving, praise giving, and completely abandon all possessions. What need is there to mention heaps of wealth? May they even be of such a nature that they generously give their own heads, limbs, flesh, and blood to those who ask. May all sentient beings, including myself, who hold the precepts of the Tathagata perversely, whether they possess morality or merely keep vows, or do not seek extensive learning, or, although learned, do not understand the profound meaning of the sutras and become arrogant, or are jealous of others, or seize and abandon the sacred Dharma through power, causing sentient beings to fall or go to unbearable hells, may all of them be liberated from the states of the lower realms, be born in the human realm, and become possessors of right view and virtuous minds endowed with diligence. Having renounced their homes, may they be ordained in the Buddha's teachings and practice the conduct of bodhisattvas. May all sentient beings, including myself, who, due to praising themselves and disparaging others,
