顶礼圣妙吉祥童子，心离一切垢染，身以功德无垢之光庄严，莲足之上，天、人、非天、龙、持明者等的发髻和宝冠所触及，摧毁各种恶趣之众生，我顶礼！供养！皈依！世尊圣妙吉祥，为了怜悯末世被各种业障所遮蔽，被各种疾病所折磨，被各种忧伤和痛苦所煎熬，被各种邪见所迷惑，在道路和地位低下的地方，越来越堕落的众生，只要听到（此经）就能使一切众生永不退转于无上菩提，一切罪恶和业障完全清净消灭，不被恶魔所侵扰，一切损害和不安完全平息，一切愿望圆满，一切心愿如意成就，如是，宣说七如来之名号和往昔愿力差别的广大经藏，世尊释迦牟尼佛，特意祈请并于大众云集之中如是说：世尊，未来之时，未来之世，凡是受持此经者，读诵者，讲说者，以及为他人广为如实宣说者，书写者，以及令人书写者，书写于经卷之上，并以鲜花、熏香、香、花鬘、涂香、伞、幢等恭敬供养的善男子或善女子们，我将宣说如来药师琉璃光王佛的各种名号，乃至在梦中，也将佛的名号在耳边宣说。以五色彩绸缠绕，放置于清净之处，凡是此经所在之处，四大天王及其眷属，以及其他亿万天人也将前往。受持此经者，不会非时而死。

Homage to the noble Manjushri Kumara, whose mind is free from all stains and faults, whose body is adorned with the radiance of the assembly of immaculate qualities, whose lotus feet are touched by the hair knots and crowns of gods, humans, asuras, nagas, and vidyadharas, and who destroys various beings of the lower realms, I prostrate! I offer! I take refuge! Bhagavan Noble Manjushri, considering with compassion those beings of the degenerate age who are obscured by various karmic obscurations, tormented by various diseases, afflicted by various sorrows and sufferings, deluded by various wrong views, and who, in low paths and places, will fall lower and lower, just by hearing (this sutra), may all beings never turn back from unsurpassed Bodhi, may all sins and karmic obscurations be completely purified and eliminated, may they not be oppressed by evil demons, may all harm and discomfort be completely pacified, may all desires be fulfilled, and may all wishes be accomplished as desired. Thus, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, who teaches the extensive sutra pitaka that elaborates on the names of the seven Tathagatas and the differences of their past aspirations, especially requested and said in the midst of the assembled gathering: "Bhagavan, in the future time, in the future age, those sons or daughters of good families who hold this sutra, read it, teach it, and extensively and truly explain it to others, write it, and cause others to write it, write it on scrolls, and honor and respect it with flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, ointments, umbrellas, and banners, I will proclaim the various names of the Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaidurya Prabha Raja, and even in dreams, I will proclaim the names of the Buddhas near their ears. If it is wrapped with cloths of five colors and placed in a clean place, wherever this sutra is located, the four great kings and their retinues, as well as billions of other gods, will also go there. Those who hold this sutra will not die untimely."

不改变。谁也不能夺走光彩，如果夺走也会再次夺回，等等这样说了。圣者的教言真实可靠， 如您所承诺的那样，今天也请您莅临布置好供品的宫殿坛城中，接受供养。并请对如来聚集者从心髓处劝请策励，圆满完成经部的仪轨，祈请加持并赐予我们等一切众生，都能获得如经部中所说的一切利益。向菩萨摩诃萨救脱顶礼并皈依！世尊圣救脱，请您慈悲垂念处于恶世贫困痛苦的众生。 在导师世尊聚集者面前，这样说道：尊者世尊，未来世未来之时，众生被各种疾病缠身，长期的疾病使得身体消瘦，饥渴使得喉咙和嘴唇干枯，面临死亡。被朋友、亲戚和烟雾般的姻亲包围。四面一片黑暗。阎罗卒牵引着，即使身体躺在这里，意识也被带到法王阎罗面前。与那人一同出生的神灵，像影子一样跟随，将他所做的一切善与非善都详细地写下来，献给法王阎罗。法王阎罗审问并调查他，按照他所做的善与非善进行判决。为了那些病人，如果向世尊如来药师琉璃光王祈祷，并通过这样的方法进行供养，那么他的意识将会返回，就像做梦一样，到达他自己能够觉察到的地方。或者七把伞，或者二十一把伞， 或者三十五把伞，或者四十九把伞，他的意识将会返回，

unchanged. No one can take away the radiance, and if they do, it will be taken back, and so on. The words of the Noble One are true and reliable, As you promised, today also, please come to this mandala in the palace where offerings are arranged, and accept the offerings. And please urge and encourage the Tathagatas gathered from the depths of your heart, and accomplish the activities of completely fulfilling the Sutra rituals. Please bless and grant that all beings, including us, may receive all the benefits as stated in the Sutras. I prostrate and take refuge in the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Kyabdro! Bhagavan Arya Kyabdro, please have compassion and think of the poor and suffering beings in this degenerate age. In front of the Teacher, the Bhagavan gathered, he said: Venerable Bhagavan, in the future age, in the future time, beings will be afflicted by various diseases, and long-term illnesses will cause the body to become emaciated, and hunger and thirst will cause the throat and lips to dry up, facing death. Surrounded by friends, relatives, and smoke-like in-laws. All directions are seen in darkness. The messengers of Yama lead them, and even though the body lies here, consciousness is taken to the Dharma King Yama. The deity born with that person, following like a shadow, writes down in detail all the good and non-good deeds he has done, and offers them to the Dharma King Yama. The Dharma King Yama questions and investigates him, and judges him according to the good and non-good deeds he has done. For those who are sick, if they take refuge in the Bhagavan Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaiduryaprabha Raja and make offerings in this way, then his consciousness will return, as if dreaming, to the place where he can perceive himself. Either seven umbrellas, or twenty-one umbrellas, Or thirty-five umbrellas, or forty-nine umbrellas, his consciousness will return,
