All those who possess the four qualities and practice the Dharma, as well as the gods, lands, towns, cities, and all the virtuous assemblies of bhutas, please protect! Thus, the Bhagavan commanded with his vajra speech. They also took vows and became the protectors of gods and humans, the places to be prostrated to, the places to be honored, the places to be practiced, the places to be regarded as gurus, the places to be regarded as sangha.
