Now that I have taken possession of all the lands, Bodhisattvas, in such a situation, should abandon laziness and think: How can these beings be freed from suffering? And how can they enjoy happiness? One should generate a strong mind of compassion and great love, and strive diligently. Furthermore, one should think: I am born in an evil age, a being of base conduct and low ability. I alone cannot immediately accomplish such a great task. Therefore, relying on the Dharani of Observing the Essence and Samaya of All Tathagatas, the Immaculate Light of the Crown Jewel Entering Everywhere, which the Blessed One, the Tathagata, previously taught out of compassion for the son of the gods, Immaculate Jewel Heart, one should invite the Tathagatas of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as all the holy Dharma protectors, to assemble. One should request them to display their power and provide assistance. Thus, through the power and blessings of the noble ones, benefit will be brought to beings. Afterwards, I will again, alone and without relying on others, through various skillful means, truly accomplish the supreme benefit and happiness for all sentient beings. One should think in this way. After generating the mind of compassion and love, in order to benefit sentient beings, one should truthfully arrange the palace where the noble ones assemble and the offerings, and pray with a sincere heart: By the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the great power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the power of the pure and inconceivable realm of Dharma, now, according to the ritual from the sutra of the Dharani of Observing the Essence and Samaya of All Tathagatas, the Immaculate Light of the Crown Jewel Entering Everywhere, in this sacred place where one hundred and eight stupas of the Dharmakaya of the Tathagatas have been built, the mandala of the palace where the Tathagatas of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as all the holy Dharma protectors, assemble, and the offerings that have been arranged, just as those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas accomplished through their special vows in the past.

May my Buddha-land be completely pure, possessing the qualities and splendor of the realm of the Bhagavan Amitabha. The ground is the nature of various jewels, as flat as the palm of a hand. The edges are wide and expansive, soft and comfortable to the touch, immaculate and radiant, possessing the fragrance of sandalwood serpent heartwood. Strewn with various divine flowers, surrounded by walls of precious gems, with gold and pearls spread across the ground. Utpala (Sanskrit: utpala, উৎপল, utpala, blue lotus), kumuda (Sanskrit: kumuda, कुमुद, kumuda, water lily), and lotuses flourish and sway. Various water birds emit melodious sounds, adorned with joyful play and soaring flight, embellished with lakes, ponds, and pools possessing the eight qualities of water.
