་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཐོང་བ་དང་ནི་ཐོས་པ་དང༌། །རེག་པ་དང་ནི་དྲན་ཡང་རུང༌།། བདག་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ནད་རྣམས་ཀུན་གྱི་གསོས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཨོཾ་ཀ་ཊེ་བི་ཀ་ཊེ། ཀཾ་ཀ་ཊེ། ཀ་ཊ་བི་ཀ་ཊ། ཀཾ་ཀ་ཊེ། བྷ་ག་བ་ཏི་ཛ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་ཐལ་མོ་ལས་མཛུབ་མོ་གཉིས་དང༌། སྲིན་ལག་གཉིས་ལག་པའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཡུམ་མོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཀུ་ལནྡྷ་རི་བནྡྷ་བནྡྷ་ཧཱུ༵་ཧཱུ༵་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་མངོན་པར་བསྐོར་བར་བྱའོ། །སྲིན་ལག་གི་ཚིགས་པར་མཐེ་བོ་གཉིས་མནན་ལ། མཐེ་ཆུང་གུང་མོ་གཉིས་གཤིབས་ཏེ་བསྒྲེང༌། མཛུབ་མོ་གཉིས་གུང་མོའི་ཚིགས་གསུམ་པར་བཅུག་པ་འདི་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཤཾ་ཀ་རེ་མ་ཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་མཆོད་ཡོན་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་བསྲུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མ་བྱས་ཤིང༌། དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མ་བྱས་པར་མཆོད་པ་དབུལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱས་ན་ལྷའི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བའི་བགེགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཕུང་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྟོབས་ཉམས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་བས་ན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྔར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བྱས་ནས་མཆོད་ཡོན་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །མཆོད་ཡོན་མ་འབྱོར་ན་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་མཆོད་ཡོན་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །མཐེ་ཆུང་དང་སྲིན་ལག་ནང་དུ་ཕན་ཚུན་བསྣོལ་ཏེ་གུང་མོ་གཉིས་གཤིབས་ཏེ་བསྒྲེངས་པའི་ཚིགས་གསུམ་པར་མཛུབ་མོ་གཟུགས་མཐེ་བོང་གཉིས་ངོས་ལ་སྦྱོར་བ་ནི་མཆོད་ཡོན་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ནི་བདག་གི་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་གཟུགས་སམ་རི་མོ་ལ་བཞུགས་པའི་སྐུ་བསིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །རི་མོའི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ལ་མེ་ལོང་བསྟན་ཏེ་གཟུགས་བརྙན་སྐུ་བསིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །མ་འབྱོར་ན་གསང་སྔགས་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་ལྡན་པས་སྐུ་བསིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཐལ་མོ་བཀན་ནས་མཛུབ་མོའི་རྩེ་མོ་དང༌། མཐེ་བོང་གི་རྩེ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་འདི་ནི་སྐུ་བསིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ལ། ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དེ་བ་ཏཱ་ཨ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིངས་ནས་གསང་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་གསེར་ལ་སོགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བུམ་པ་དུ་མ་སྤོས་ཆུ་དྲི་ཞིམ་པོས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཀང་ནས་སྤོས་ཆུའི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་པོས་སྐུ་བསིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ན་བཟའ་དང་རྒྱན་གསོལ་ཏེ། རོལ་མོ་དང་དུང་དང་རྫ་རྡ་དང༌། རྡ་པ་ཊ་ཧ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་མཆོད་ཅིང་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བསྟོ

顶礼（于莲花生大士）！顶礼大菩萨圣观自在！无论是见、是闻，是触、是忆，愿我成为一切众生诸病的良药。嗡 嘎喋 比嘎喋， 康嘎喋，嘎喋 比嘎喋，康嘎喋，巴嘎瓦帝 匝 梭哈。（Om kate bikate kamkate kata bikate kamkate bhagavati dza svaha.，嗡，卡喋，比卡喋，康嘎喋，嘎喋，比嘎喋，康嘎喋，薄伽梵，匝，梭哈。）合掌的掌心中放入两食指和两无名指，这是金刚部的佛母。心咒是：嗡 咕兰达日 班达 班达 吽 吽 啪特 梭哈。（Om kulandhari bandha bandha hum hum phat svaha.，嗡，咕兰达日，班达，班达，吽，吽，啪特，梭哈。）然后以大誓言印明显地旋转。两拇指按在无名指的关节上，并排竖起两小指和中指，两食指放入中指的第三节，这就是大誓言印。心咒是：嗡 香嘎热 玛哈 萨玛耶 梭哈。（Om shankare maha samaye svaha.，嗡，香嘎热，玛哈，萨玛耶，梭哈。）然后献供养水。如果未做守护等，也未做大誓言印，就献供养等，则追随天神的魔障会摧毁，并且彼此之间种姓的力量会衰弱。因此，先做合掌印，然后献供养水。如果没有供养水，则献手印的供养水。小指和无名指在内侧互相交叉，并排竖起两中指，食指放入第三节，拇指贴于手背，这是供养水的手印。心咒由我意念而作。然后为安住于佛像或画像上的本尊圣像沐浴。对着画像上的圣像照镜子，使影像沐浴。如果没有，则以具足心咒手印来沐浴。掌心朝上，食指尖和拇指尖相合，这就是沐浴。心咒是：嗡 萨瓦 德瓦 达 阿 泽达 阿弥利达 梭哈。（Om sarva deva ta a citta amrita svaha.，嗡，萨瓦，德瓦，达，阿，泽达，阿弥利达，梭哈。）然后结手印，念诵心咒，并意念用黄金等众多珍宝瓶，盛满香水，以香水大云为圣像沐浴。然后意念供养衣饰和饰品，也用乐器、海螺、陶器和鼓、达巴扎哈等来供养，并用意念赞颂。

I prostrate to (Padmasambhava)! I prostrate to the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara! Whether seeing, hearing, touching, or remembering, may I become the medicine for all the diseases of all sentient beings. Om kate bikate kamkate kata bikate kamkate bhagavati dza svaha. By placing the two index fingers and two ring fingers into the palms of the prostrating hands, this is the mother of the vajra family. The secret mantra is: Om kulandhari bandha bandha hum hum phat svaha. Then, the great samaya mudra should be manifestly rotated. Pressing the two thumbs on the joints of the ring fingers, raising the two little fingers and middle fingers side by side, and placing the two index fingers into the third joint of the middle fingers, this is the great samaya mudra. The secret mantra is: Om shankare maha samaye svaha. Then, offer the offering water. If protection and so on are not done, and the great samaya mudra is not done, and offerings and so on are made, then the obstructing forces that follow the deities will destroy, and the power of the lineage will weaken each other. Therefore, first make the joined palm mudra, and then offer the offering water. If the offering water is not available, then offer the offering water of the mudra. The little finger and ring finger are crossed inside each other, the two middle fingers are raised side by side, the index finger is placed in the third joint, and the two thumbs are attached to the back of the hand, this is the offering water mudra. The secret mantra is done by my mind. Then, the image of the deity or the image residing in the painting should be bathed. Show a mirror to the image in the painting and bathe the reflection. If it is not available, then bathe with the secret mantra mudra. With the palms facing up, the tips of the index fingers and the tips of the thumbs are joined, this is the bathing. The secret mantra is: Om sarva deva ta a citta amrita svaha. Then, make the mudra, recite the secret mantra, and imagine that many vases of gold and other precious jewels are filled with fragrant incense water, and bathe the image with great clouds of incense water. Then, imagine offering clothes and ornaments, and also offer with musical instruments, conch shells, pottery and drums, dabazahas, etc., and praise with the mind.
