Those who possess all the supreme Dharma and meaning, through those (Dharma and meaning) they act and enter, that is its definition. The rest is the same as before. This also shows the attainment of various correct knowledges. Which are the supreme in Dharma? It is said: The doors of the great Dharani. If someone holds this Sutra, everything will always appear. This refers to speaking from the perspective of other times. If all sentient beings, etc., it is said that this benefit, through direct and indirect means, is also the benefit of all three types of Dharani. His wisdom will not be exhausted. This is the word of cause. Mentioning kalpas is to indicate approximation, and countless kalpas should also be grasped. Who likes this Sutra? Because he possesses faith, etc. This shows the benefit of the letter Dharani, speaking from the perspective of other times. As for the meaning Dharani, because it manifests and one likes this Sutra, therefore it should be understood that the meaning Dharani is also indicated here. He is the son of the Dharma King. This is because he has attained the first Bhumi, at that time he is born into the Tathagata family. He is close to supreme Bodhi. This is because he has attained the stage of non-regression, etc. He is trustworthy because he has generated true wisdom, therefore he is not deceived. He also holds the Dharma, this is because he has attained the stage of good intelligence, etc., therefore he holds all the Dharma of the Tathagata. All sentient beings like him. This should also be understood as indicating the benefit of all three types of Dharani. The Buddhas also like him. This is because they think that he will hold what we cherish. Why? When he dies, he will see eighty kotis of Buddhas. Because there are eighty words of secret mantras, each word of the secret mantra is blessed by countless kotis of Buddhas. Or, the power of the Dharani itself is like this, therefore he will see eighty kotis of Buddhas at the time of death.

“靠近它。” 这句话的意思是：“善男子，不要害怕。”或者“到我们这里来。” “谁受持此经？” 这句话表明了此功德是文字陀罗尼的。暗示着，必须确定此功德也是意义陀罗尼的。 “在亿万劫中。” 这句话表明此功德也是三种陀罗尼的。因为看到灯在一瞬间也能消除长久积累的黑暗，所以不要产生这样的错觉：在亿万劫中所积累的罪恶，如何能在一个月内消除呢？ “菩萨的福德。”等等，表明了此功德是意义陀罗尼的。 不是文字陀罗尼的。像这样，既然说了一个月，那么通过考虑其他时间，此功德也不可能是那样的。 福德是从此陀罗尼中完全引发的，除此之外的则要掌握。 受持就是使陀罗尼显现。 “三界众生有多少。”等等，表明了此功德是文字陀罗尼的，是考虑其他时间的。 此功德是意义陀罗尼的，这是通过意义来表明的。 文字陀罗尼的此功德也是仅仅从意义陀罗尼所理解的意义中产生的缘故。 结合“直到证得菩提，他将具有正念。” 像“智慧，证悟，具足”等等，也应当像那样结合。 什么是陀罗尼的殊胜之处呢？是文字陀罗尼，它显示殊胜的意义。 “它安住在他的舌尖。”等等，应当结合。这也应当理解为文字和意义两种陀罗尼的功德。 智慧是未入定的智慧。 证悟是入定的智慧。 或者，证悟是指在一切中无碍地进入。 如何在此经中显示呢？ 就像为了意义的陀罗尼而分别确定一样。 或者，陀罗尼就是陀罗尼。 同样，从此经的显示中，必定会获得显示一切智智。

"Approach it." This means, "Son of good family, do not be afraid," or "Come to us." "Who holds this sutra?" This indicates that this merit is of the letter dharani. Implicitly, it must be determined that this merit is also of the meaning dharani. "In billions of kalpas." This indicates that this merit is also of all three dharanis. Because it is seen that a lamp can dispel darkness accumulated over a long time even in a single moment, one should not create the illusion of thinking, "How can sins accumulated over billions of kalpas be purified in a single month?" "The merit of a Bodhisattva," etc., indicates that this merit is of the meaning dharani. It is not of the letter dharani. Like this, since one month is mentioned, it is impossible for this merit to be like that even by considering other times. Merit is taken as other than that which is completely aroused from this dharani. Holding is to make the dharani manifest. "However many sentient beings there are in the three realms," etc., indicates that this merit is of the letter dharani, considering other times. This merit is of the meaning dharani, which is indicated by the meaning. This merit of the letter dharani also arises only from the meaning understood by the meaning dharani. Combine "Until enlightenment is attained, he will have mindfulness." Like "wisdom, realization, endowed," etc., should also be combined in the same way. What is the excellence of the dharani? It is the letter dharani that shows the excellent meaning. "It dwells on the tip of his tongue," etc., should be combined. This should also be understood as the merit of both the letter and meaning dharanis. Wisdom is the wisdom that is not in meditative equipoise. Realization is the wisdom that is in meditative equipoise. Or, realization is the very act of engaging without obstruction in everything. How is it shown in this sutra? Just as it is separately determined for the sake of the dharani of meaning. Or, dharani is called dharani. Likewise, from the teaching of this sutra, it will definitely be obtained that the teaching of omniscience.
