If I have great fear and am afflicted by severe illness, if one transgresses the command of the wisdom mantra and does not abandon it, then the fear of punishment from the Four Great Kings and diseases such as scabies will quickly descend. Because of this, the phrase "the head and heart will be shattered into a hundred pieces" means that the command of the Tathagata, the perfectly complete Buddha, and the curse of the wisdom mantra will be shattered like the doubts of Arjaka's Marja Mountain. At that moment, many sufferings arise, and the phrase "destruction and boundlessness" means that, similarly, the wisdom mantra cannot find its way with curses, and its ripening will bring severe suffering. Even after death, it will be burned by the fire of Avici Hell, and will transmigrate from hell to hell. The phrase "glory and blood-eaters, whatever wanders day and night" means that those who eat blood and meat as food will also steal glory, harm sentient beings, and not wander day and night. They also speak well, and the phrase "after hearing the sutra, abandon it" means that the perfectly complete Buddhas have also truly proclaimed the wisdom mantra, and the Four Great Kings also rejoice and protect it. Likewise, after hearing this extraordinary sutra, one obtains immeasurable suffering by harming sentient beings. Therefore, the phrase "abandon it." The phrase "meat-eaters, emaciated bodies, terrifying ghosts and evil ones" means that those ghosts also harm sentient beings, and they also abandon harming after being bound by vows. They also speak well, and the phrase "after hearing the explanation of this sutra, see it" means that the Buddhas of the past, future, and present also speak, and the Four Great Kings also keep their vows. By the glory of the wisdom mantra, those sinful ghosts also abandon harming others. The phrase "gods and non-gods, wind gods, gandharvas, and lords of demons" means that they harm all sentient beings with hatred and ignorance.

Also, that is also the glory of obtaining the mantra. Ghosts and flesh-eaters, as well as Yaksha Rakshasa, etc., refer to harming sentient beings with stinginess, hatred, and greed, and that is also what the terror of the curse of the mantra cannot harm. Stirring everywhere, shaking everywhere, fearing and violently shaking everywhere, refers to the glory and power of this mantra causing the earth to shake six times, and similarly, eighteen great omens appeared. Stirring everywhere and shaking everywhere means that the east is low and the west is high. If the west is low, the east is high. The same is true for all directions. The mind is confused and the directions are collapsing. Therefore, it is even more fearful and shaking everywhere, it is long and violent. Those who haunt and harm, fall and completely become parents. It means that the evil demon-like ghosts fail themselves because they harm sentient beings, suffer great pain and are destroyed by the curse of the mantra. The earth also shook violently, making a loud noise. It means that the glory of the mantra shakes the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds, causing the ghosts to fear, and the land also makes the sound of big drums, cymbals and bells. It is called appearing violently everywhere. Yakshas and Gandharvas are the exorcists of hatred. It means that those ghosts also harm sentient beings with violent power, and nothing else can overcome them, and the king of mantras is like their antidote. If these sutras are heard, fierce fear will descend. It means that the perpetrators, those with hatred, those with evil intentions, and those who want the lives of sentient beings are destroyed by the cool garden of the king of mantras. Which Yaksha has faith in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, refers to the ghosts of the Bodhisattva lineage, who are happy with the fully enlightened Shakyamuni Buddha, as well as the Dharma and Sangha, protect the world, and protect the Buddha's teachings and sentient beings.
