The term "for the sake of transformation" means to completely destroy all discriminations. If discriminations are destroyed, then there is no need to mention the obstructing demons, which means one will not be tainted by the defilements of knowledge and habitual tendencies. The term "explaining the Great Sutra of the Cool Grove" means that what the Buddhas of the past, future, and present have spoken does not have the distinction of skillful means and wisdom. Just as the moon cools sentient beings with its Dharma experience, so too does it bring happiness to sentient beings. That vidyā-mantra also pervades all realms of the world like the sky pervades. "Non-humans with hatred, not believing in the Victor's teachings" means that the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Shakyamuni benefits sentient beings, so the blessings of the vidyā-mantra queen, the Cool Grove, cause non-human spirits and the spirits of gods, etc., to be without sinful minds even if they have sinful minds, and those with the intention to kill do not kill, and they also protect the Dharma. "I shall turn them back, Great Kings, listen to me" means that by the command of the Bhagavan, the majesty of the vidyā-mantra queen causes those who do not believe to not believe, but it does not abandon those who have faith. The Four Great Kings and their retinues should also listen attentively. "Having heard this great sutra, do not harm people" means that because it destroys all sins, it is a "sutra"; because it desires the root of virtue, it is a "sutra." Or, the qualities of the Buddhas and the definitions of the Dharma, and all good and non-good arise from there, are proclaimed, and are clearly explained, so it is called a "sutra." "Great" refers to the Buddha's command and inconceivable wisdom. Because one obtains the meaning of such wisdom, it is attainment. The meaning of such a nature now has no fear and no harm, but benefits sentient beings. "Yakshas, rakshasas, nagas, etc., sky-goers and secret lords" means that all the untamed are done by them, sins are also done by them, harming sentient beings, seeking food and drink. In any case, they do not want to benefit.

Nga. May all those be averted. That is to say, by the Buddha's command and the curse of the knowledge mantra, all the unruly are destroyed and turned to ashes, and even the unbelievers are not made to appear. Gods and Asuras, wind gods, And filled with hosts of mothers. That is to say, the gods of the form realm, And the gods of the desire realm, And the guardians of the directions, and so on, And the goddesses who abide in vows, These are also the wise ones, And the goddesses of the world. Those immeasurable and beautiful palaces Are bright and radiant like fire. That is to say, the worldly ones dwell in the palaces of the worldly realm, And the wise ones are also the same, The appearance of each one's own rays of light Makes the sky appear beautiful. Like the form of the sun and moon, Made of jewels, very bright. That is to say, In the darkness and gloom, The wish-fulfilling jewel does not appear, Likewise, the sun and moon make it clear and the jewel is seen. Likewise, it is blocked by sudden faults and afflictions, By the instructions of the holy lamas, that wisdom appears. Filled with those who have done good deeds, Utterly abandoning the wrathful demons. That is to say, Likewise, the merit of doing good is inconceivable. All those who harm and accumulate sins are destroyed by it. Whatever harms people, Elementals, urn-shaped demons, Rakshasas, and so on. That is to say, even the three realms are pervaded in an instant. Some bring food and are worthy of offerings, Some are hated and cursed by sentient beings. Those elementals also harm human beings. Those hungry ghosts and ghouls, Cannot see those wonders. That is to say, The wisdom of the queen of knowledge mantras, the cool grove, Those sinful ones cannot see, and they will not be able to dwell in peace. The glorious gods Do not even go to the city. That is to say, the gods of the world and beyond, They do not harm sentient beings, and live on love and compassion. By the glory of those, even the unruly demons
