And, among all things related to celibacy, the term "is" signifies that through the Buddha's teachings, even those who do not practice celibacy can practice it, and those who cannot subdue the afflictions of sentient beings can be subdued and abide in peace. Through the power of the truth of the vidyā-mantra, all sentient beings can be happy, and all sins can be abandoned. It is called "The Supreme Discipline that Pleases the Noble Ones." Similarly, through the power of the truth of the vidyā-mantra, those who have not obtained the discipline of the noble ones can obtain it, all sins cannot harm them, they abide in discipline, and because they are superior to all sentient beings, they are called noble ones. By the truth and the words of truth, may this name be auspicious and happy. This means that through the teachings of the Sugata and the power of the truth of the vidyā-mantra, for faithful individuals and all sentient beings, this life is auspicious and complete, and the next life is also the same, obtaining the non-inverted seal of the vidyā-mantra, and entering the path of correct wisdom. It is called "Like a son of a resident king, ordained and long-lived." It means that he can rule the residence and also rule other monks, therefore he is called "eldest son." Celibacy, the most excellent of the eminent practitioners. For example, those who have exhausted the outflows, abide in discipline and benefit sentient beings, can also directly know in an instant, and are fully endowed with miraculous powers. It is called "Bhikkhu Ajñātakauṇḍinya." In the past, when Śākyamuni Buddha had just generated the mind of enlightenment, there were five rākṣasas named Kauṇḍinya. At that time, they were also without water and thirsty, and the Bodhisattva cut open two small veins and gave them to the five Kauṇḍinyas to drink, so that they could continue their lives. Now, also because of the Blessed One's experience of the Dharma, he knows the three realms and has obtained the fruit of a bhikkhu arhat. It is called "Abiding in the merit of few desires and contentment, the most excellent of the contented, Mahākāśyapa." It means benefiting sentient beings, endowed with great compassion and love, etc. From the perspective of the Lesser Vehicle, he is Mahākāśyapa, here he has obtained the fruit of an arhat, and benefits sentient beings.
