It is to protect against falling into the ten non-virtuous actions and to show the path to the heavenly realms. It is to liberate from the fear of samsara, the harms of the world and what is happening now, and the three lower realms. It also prevents going towards the ten non-virtuous actions, and turning away from that, it enters into the ten virtuous actions. For example, just as shaking a dry tree, shaking it with a full nature by means of skillful methods, similarly, even the wrathful ones who are full are subdued by the splendor of the Bhagavan. Or, pacification is pacified by the blessings of the Bhagavan Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. It is to be separated from suffering and placed in happiness, thereby attaining true wisdom. Or, in this world, even the demons whose body, speech, and mind are happy and complete will not harm. The phrase "please do" means that Brahma repeatedly requested the Bhagavan. The phrase "Venerable Bhagavan" means that he appeared and entered once, twice he is requesting now, and he will request later as well. Once, twice, three times, the Brahmas repeatedly requested. Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of the Sahā world, did not say anything to Brahma and gave his permission, the phrase "then" is from after Brahma spoke. Aiming at sentient beings, the queen of knowledge mantras, the secret mantra follower, emerged from her mouth, from the nature of the letter མཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mang), pervading like the sky, radiating various rays of light, freeing all sentient beings of the six realms from suffering, the nature of emptiness, the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, separated from essence and indescribable, that is from the mouth of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni appeared. Four faces, eight arms, body color red, possessing the appearance of youth, possessing the headdress of the five Buddhas, three eyes, adorned with all ornaments, the right face white, the left blue, the back yellow. The first pair of hands, the right and left, make the Dharma wheel mudra, the two below that make the supreme enlightenment mudra, the two below that make the meditation mudra, the lowest of the right hand makes the offering mudra, the left hand makes the protection-giving mudra.

Sitting in the lotus posture, the nature of the five wisdoms, the essence of wisdom is the discriminating wisdom, and the essence of skillful means is also the queen of mantra. The aggregate of perception is the lotus, the lineage of speech is the fire element, and it is the birthplace of taste. Residing on a lotus and moon seat, endowed with the rays of the sun, together with retinues of the mundane and supramundane, arising from a palace of seven precious jewels. The Bhagavan did not speak, and for the benefit of sentient beings, Brahma and others requested and granted samadhi. "Then," means from that time when the Bhagavan granted samadhi. The lord of the Sahā world, Brahma, knowing that the Bhagavan's silence was an assent, disappeared at that very moment, meaning that the king of emptiness, Brahma, knew through clairvoyance that it was an assent of samadhi. "Then," means from that time when Brahma knew through clairvoyance. The Bhagavan addressed the monks, meaning after rising from samadhi. Bodhisattvas and Śrāvaka Arhats, and also monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen, and so forth, humans, gods, asuras, and in the midst of the retinue taming many spirits, the Bhagavan Shakya Simha spoke these words. "Monks, together with the gods of the retinue of the king of emptiness, Brahma," refers to the seventeen abodes of the gods of the form realm. "Together with the gods of the thirty-three heavens, Indra, the lord of the gods," refers to the five heavens counted upwards from the thirty-three heavens of the desire realm. "Together with the gods of the retinue of the four great kings," refers to the asuras counted downwards from the four great kings, and the sons of the gods of the desire realm, such as the gods holding the seven strings of the golden mountain, are together. The four great kings reside on the summit of Mount Meru. The twenty-eight great yaksha generals, together with the hariti mother and son, attendants, and retinues, refer to the twenty-six types of demons, each with a leader, eighty thousand celestial demons, and so on.
