ཡང་ན་བདེ་བ་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་ཐོབ་པའོ། །གང་ཡང་སྡིག་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། སྔོན་དུ་བྱས་པ་དང༌། ད་ལྟར་བྱས་པའི་སྡིག་པ་ཅི་བྱས་ཀྱང༌། འདིར་ནི་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །འབྱུང་པོ་གང་དག་འདིར་ནི་ལྷགས་གྱུར་ཅིང༌། །ས་ངང་བར་སྣང་དག་ལ་གནས་པ་རྣམས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོའི་ཆོས་འདི་ལ་ཡང་བྱོན་ཞིང༌། སེམས་ཅན་ལ་འཚེ་བར་ནི་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གང་དང་གང་ལ་གནས་པའི་འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ལས་མི་འདས་པའོ། །སྐྱེ་དགུ་རྣམས་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་བྱམས་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཉིན་དང་མཚན་དུ་ཆོས་ཀྱང་སྤྱོད་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། བྱམས་པ་དང༌། སྙིང་རྗེ་དང༌། དགའ་བ་དང༌། བཏང་སྙོམས་ལ་འགོད་པ་སྟེ། གཞན་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་དང༌། ཡང་དག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཤེལ་བཞིན་དུ་གསལ་བ་སྟེ། བག་ཆགས་དང༌། ཤེས་བྱའི་དྲི་མས་མ་གོས་པ། ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་འདི་གསུངས་པ། གང་དང་གང་དུ་ཡང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་དར་བར་ཤོག་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའོ། །རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པའི། །གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཡངས་པ་ཅན་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཏེ་གཉིས་པའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཡངས་བ་ཅན་ལ་ འཇུག་པའི་དེ་ནས་སོ། །མི་མཇེད་ཀྱི་བདག་བོ་ཚངས་པ་ཚངས་རིས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་དང་བཅས་པ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། བསམ་གཏན་དང་པོའི་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་བྱུང་སྟེ། ཚངས་རིས་དང༌། ཚངས་པ་མདུན་ན་འདོན་དང༌། ཚངས་ལྷ་ཉེ་ཕན་དང༌། ཚངས་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་བཞིའོ། །དེ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་དང་པོའོ། །བསམ་གཏན་གཉིས་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་བྱུང་སྟེ། འོད་ཆུང་དང༌། ཚད་མེད་འོད་དང༌། འོད་གསལ་དང་གསུམ་མོ། །དེ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གཉིས་པའོ། །བསམ་གཏན་གསུམ་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བྱུང་སྟེ། དགེ་ཆུང་དང༌། ཚད་མེད་དགེ་དང༌། དགེ་རྒྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གསུམ་པའོ། །བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་གནས་ཏེ། སྤྲིན་མེད་དང༌། བསོད་ནམས་སྐྱེས་དང༌། འབྲས་བུ་ཆེ་བའོ། །དེ་གསུམ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་དེའི་གནས་སུ་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པའི་ལྷ་གནས་སོ། །གནས་གཙང་མའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བྱུང་སྟེ། དེ་ཡང་མི་ཆེ་བ་དང༌། མི་གདུང་བ་དང༌། གྱ་ནོམ་སྣང་བ་དང༌། ཤིན་ཏུ་མཐོང་བ་དང༌། འོག་མིན་དང་ལྔའོ། །དེ་ཡང་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པ་ལ་གཏོགས་ཏེ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱང༌། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས།

或者也能一次又一次地获得安乐。任何罪恶都不要产生!这指的是:先前所造作的,以及现在所造作的任何罪恶,在此都坦白忏悔。任何来到这里的众生,以及安住于大地、空中者们。这指的是:明咒之王母的此法,也请降临,不要损害众生。同样地,无论安住于何处的众生,也不要违背佛陀的教诲。愿对所有生命常行慈爱!日夜都行持佛法!这指的是:安住于慈爱、悲心、喜悦和平等舍,以及其他菩提心之精华,并能获得真正的智慧。如同水晶般清澈,不被习气和所知障所染污。圆满正等觉的释迦牟尼佛所说,无论在何处,愿在世间界中行持并弘扬光大。明咒之王母,是守护秘密真言者。进入广阔城市的第二阶段。然后,指的是进入广阔城市之后。娑婆世界的统治者,与梵天、梵天眷属诸神一同前来,指的是:与第一禅天的诸神一同前来,包括梵众天、梵辅天、大梵天等四天。这是第一禅天。第二禅天的诸神也前来,包括少光天、无量光天、极光净天等三天。这是第二禅天。第三禅天的诸神也前来,包括少净天、无量净天、遍净天。这是第三禅天。第四禅天的诸神也安住于此,包括无云天、福生天、广果天。这三天是第四禅天。此外,还有在那里的无想天。净居天的诸神也前来,包括无烦天、无热天、善现天、善见天、色究竟天等五天。这些也属于第四禅天,即色界的诸神。他们都以头顶礼世尊。

Or may happiness be attained again and again. May no evil arise! This refers to: Whatever sins have been committed in the past, and whatever sins are being committed now, I confess and repent them all here. May whatever beings have come here, and those who dwell on the earth and in the sky, this refers to: May they also come to this Dharma of the Queen of Vidya-mantras, and may they not harm sentient beings. Likewise, may all beings abiding in whatever places not transgress the Buddha's teachings. May they always act with loving-kindness towards all beings! May they practice the Dharma day and night! This refers to: abiding in loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, as well as the essence of other Bodhicitta, and attaining true wisdom. Like crystal, clear and unpolluted by habitual tendencies and obscurations of knowledge. This was spoken by the perfectly enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni. May it be practiced and spread widely in the realms of the world, wherever it may be. The Queen of Vidya-mantras is the one who upholds the secret mantras. The second stage of entering the vast city. Then, refers to after entering the vast city. The lord of the Saha world, together with Brahma and the gods of the Brahma retinue, refers to: coming together with the gods of the first dhyana, including the Brahmaparisadya, Brahmapurohita, and Mahabrahma, the four. That is the first dhyana. The gods of the second dhyana also came, including Parittabha, Apramanabha, and Abhasvara, the three. That is the second dhyana. The gods of the third dhyana also came, including Parittasubha, Apramanasubha, and Subhakrtsna. That is the third dhyana. The gods of the fourth dhyana also abide there, including Anabhraka, Punyaprasava, and Brhatphala. These three are the fourth dhyana. Moreover, the gods of Asanjnasattva also abide in that place. The gods of the Pure Abodes also came, including Avrha, Atapa, Sudrsa, Sudarsana, and Akanistha, the five. These also belong to the fourth dhyana, that is, the gods of the Form Realm. They all bowed to the Bhagavan with their heads.

Having circumambulated three times, the ruler of the Saha world, Brahma, led and praised together. The lord of the gods, Indra, together with the gods of the Thirty-Three, refers to: the gods of the Anarata, Tushita, Nirmanarati, Paranirmitavasavartin, and the Thirty-Three, together with Indra and others. The Four Great Kings, together with the gods of the Four Great Kings, refers to: the gods of Dhritarashtra, Virudhaka, Virupaksha, and others such as the Asuras, the gods of the four great kingly lineages, the Great King of the East, Dhritarashtra, the Great King of the South, Virudhaka, the Great King of the West, Virupaksha, and the Great King of the North, Vaishravana, and others, leading together. The twenty-eight great Yaksha commanders, refers to: the great leaders of the Yaksha hosts such as Ishvara, Chandra, and Varuna, together.
