White and with a face. In their left hands they hold snake lassos. They all have the attire of yakshas. On their heads they have snake crests. They sit on top of snake knots. They do not transgress the command of the vidyā mantras. They work for the benefit of sentient beings. They are the people of the people. The poison of breath. The concept of time runs. The snake crests are in nines. That snake is also green. The left snake is also green. Furthermore, whoever in this mandala of the earth, constantly roars like thunder, constantly ripens crops, constantly rains, constantly accomplishes crops, upholds the basis of training, sees the Buddha, takes refuge in the Three Jewels, is liberated from the fear of garudas and the fear of fire and sand, and the fear of the work of kings. They dwell in the great palace of the earth-holders, long-lived and abiding for kalpas, famous for their great power, great magical powers, great enjoyment, many retinues, utterly destroying enemy armies, possessing magical powers, possessing light, possessing color, possessing fame, and also experiencing the battles of gods and asuras. Those naga kings are all with their wives, with their sons, with their grandsons, with their brothers, with their ministers, with their caravan leaders, with their messengers, with their envoys, with their servants, with their retinues. They all dwell in the north. Naga King Holds the Earth, Naga King Surrounds Holds the Earth, Naga King Color Holds the Earth, Naga King Good, Naga King Very Good, they are the protectors of the Buddha's teachings, those who take refuge in the Three Jewels. Their body colors and hand emblems are: yellow, red, black, white, and green. In their right hands they hold a crossbar, a vase pouring out, a full vase, a trident, and a wish-fulfilling jewel.
