Destroy those who cause forgetfulness, it means suddenly occurring and harming sentient beings. That is also destroyed by awareness. Those who cause to wither, it means as long as cutting disease. Those who cause fear, it means making fear and harming sentient beings. Gem poisons, it means made of gems and jewels. Destroy poisons, it means destroying external poisons and internal poisons by the splendor of the Queen of Vidyā-mantras. Eating wrong things, it means near, etc. Vomiting wrong things, it means medicine becomes poison. Harm obscurations, it means causing wrong views. Harm omens, it means seeing by those who have wrong views. Writing wrong things, it means writing upside down. Meditating wrong things, it means practicing ignorance. Destroy slanderers, it means those who act as messengers of ignorance are destroyed by the splendor of Vidyā-mantras. Plague one day, it means those who finish in one day and cannot bear it. Two days, it means longer than that, those who finish in two days. Three days, it means those who finish on the third day, that will kill. Four days, it means after four days there is no benefit. Seven days, it means plague fever, if six days do not reverse, the seventh day will die. Half a month, it means other dates, if not reversed, that time will die. One month, it means chronic plague, if not reversed at other times, it will die after one month. Daytime, it means going away without benefit from morning to evening. “མས་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，年复一年地拖延，即没有从根本上放下的。“རིམས་ལྡང་དུབ་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，难以治疗，时好时坏的。“རླུང་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，由风引起的四百零四种疾病。“མཁྲིས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，由胆引起的四百零四种不同的疾病。“བད་ཀན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，由痰引起的四百零四种疾病。“འདུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，这三种混合在一起，混合引起的疾病种类也存在四百零四种。“མིའི་རིགས་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，因盗贼或国王或对其的恐惧等原因引起的，所以是人类的疾病。“མི་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རིམས་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，凶暴的鬼神们也把风说成是痰，把痰说成是风，把胆说成是痰，颠倒错乱地显示出来，这就是非人的瘟疫。“རིམས་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，通过明咒的秘密咒语的力量，那些瘟疫都不能产生。“ཤུ་བ་དང༌། གཡའ་བ་དང༌། འབྲུམ་བུ་ཕྲ་མོ་དང༌། མཛེ་དང༌། ཕོལ་མིག་དང༌། གཡན་པ་དང༌། མེ་དབལ་དང༌། ལྷོག་པ་རྣམས་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，凶暴的疾病等十八种，也是通过明咒的光辉来摧毁的。“ཀླད་པན་བ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནི།”等的意思是，风、痰、胆三种，由这三种转化而来的肢体疾病二十四种，也是那样的，以及其他四百零四种疾病都被摧毁了。“གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，天神的鬼怪等，不同种类的魔障八万种。“དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，外部的三种毒和内部的三种毒，外部的静止、移动和作用的毒。“བསྡད་པ་ནི་བཙན་དུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྩྭ་དང་ལོ་མའི་དུག་གོ།”的意思是，静止的是剧毒等草和树叶的毒。“འགྲོ་བ་ལ་ཡང་བསམ་པ་རེག་པ་མཐོང་བ་ཁ་རླངས་སོ།།”的意思是，移动的也有意念、接触、看见、口气的毒。“བྱེད་པ་ཡང་དབྱིག་དུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའོ།།”的意思是，作用的也有地毒等不可思议的毒。“ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，一百零四种不同的疾病，通过明咒的秘密咒语来摧毁。“བདག་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།”的意思是，愿所有的人和众生都变得幸福安乐。“མཆན་མོ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཉིན་བདེ་ལེགས”的意思是，晚上吉祥，白天吉祥。

“མས་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that it is delayed from year to year, that is, it is not fundamentally let go. “རིམས་ལྡང་དུབ་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that it is difficult to treat, sometimes good and sometimes bad. “རླུང་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means the four hundred and four diseases caused by wind. “མཁྲིས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means the four hundred and four different diseases caused by bile. “བད་ཀན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means the four hundred and four diseases caused by phlegm. “འདུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that these three are mixed together, and there are also four hundred and four kinds of diseases caused by the mixture. “མིའི་རིགས་རྣམས་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that it is caused by thieves or kings or fear of them, so it is a human disease. “མི་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རིམས་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that the fierce ghosts also say that wind is phlegm, phlegm is wind, and bile is phlegm, showing it upside down and disorderly, which is the non-human plague. “རིམས་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that through the power of the secret mantra of the vidyā-mantra, those plagues cannot arise. “ཤུ་བ་དང༌། གཡའ་བ་དང༌། འབྲུམ་བུ་ཕྲ་མོ་དང༌། མཛེ་དང༌། ཕོལ་མིག་དང༌། གཡན་པ་དང༌། མེ་དབལ་དང༌། ལྷོག་པ་རྣམས་བཅོམ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that the fierce diseases and so on are eighteen kinds, which are also destroyed by the glory of the vidyā-mantra. “ཀླད་པན་བ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནི།” and so on means that the three of wind, phlegm, and bile, and the twenty-four kinds of limb diseases transformed by these three, are also like that, and the other four hundred and four diseases are destroyed. “གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means the ghosts of the gods, etc., and eighty thousand different kinds of obstacles. “དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means the three external poisons and the three internal poisons, the external static, moving, and acting poisons. “བསྡད་པ་ནི་བཙན་དུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྩྭ་དང་ལོ་མའི་དུག་གོ།” means that the static ones are the poison of grass and leaves such as strong poison. “འགྲོ་བ་ལ་ཡང་བསམ་པ་རེག་པ་མཐོང་བ་ཁ་རླངས་སོ།།” means that the moving ones also have the poison of thought, touch, sight, and breath. “བྱེད་པ་ཡང་དབྱིག་དུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའོ།།” means that the acting ones also have unimaginable poisons such as earth poison. “ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means that one hundred and four different diseases are destroyed by the secret mantra of the vidyā-mantra. “བདག་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི།” means may all people and sentient beings become happy and peaceful. “མཆན་མོ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཉིན་བདེ་ལེགས” means good night, good day.
