“何者住于虚空”之意为:守护圆满正等觉佛陀之教法,住于上方之方位。 “何者守护虚空且完全护卫”之意为:此四者,即具大威势,具名声,具光明,具颜色,具神通,亦经历天与非天之战。 譬如说:此四大夜叉观视虚空。 所谓“太阳、月亮、火、风”是指具大威力,不违越明咒之教令。彼等之身色与手印为:红色、白色、蓝色、红黑色。右手中持红色莲花、白色莲花、幡旗与燃火。左手中持轮、三尖矛、单尖矛。彼等夜叉守护整个虚空,成办有情之利益。 彼等亦云:“以明咒之王——大孔雀明王,亦请您守护我。” 凡是对明咒之王——大孔雀明王恭敬者,冰雹等灾害亦不会降临于该地,其他怖畏亦不会生起。 所谓“隐藏”是指:从一切怖畏与疾病中解脱。 所谓“完全护卫”是指:从在母胎中出生,到出生后未死之前,都进行护卫。 所谓“完全救护”是指:从凶暴之鬼神、疾病与痛苦中救护。 所谓“完全摄受”是指:舍弃无明之黑暗,而行于善法。 所谓“寂静”是指:以猛烈之姿态安住之鬼神等亦将变得寂静。 所谓“变得安乐”是指:身语意安乐,以此之力量令身语意安乐。 所谓“断除惩罚”是指:断除国王与鬼神等之惩罚。 所谓“断除武器”是指:在国家中央,或盗贼,或强盗,断除彼等之武器。 所谓“摧毁毒药”是指:停止的毒、行走的毒、作用的毒。

“Those who dwell in the sky” means: protecting the teachings of the perfectly enlightened Buddhas, dwelling in the upper direction. “Those who guard the sky and completely protect” means: these four, namely, possessing great power, possessing fame, possessing light, possessing color, possessing supernatural powers, and also experiencing the battles of gods and non-gods. For example: these four great Yakshas look upon the sky. The so-called "sun, moon, fire, wind" refers to having great power and not transgressing the command of the mantra. The body colors and hand gestures of these are: red, white, blue, and reddish-black. In their right hands, they hold a red lotus, a white lotus, a banner, and a burning fire. In their left hands, they hold a wheel, a trident, and a single-pointed spear. These Yakshas guard the entire sky and accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. They also say: "With the queen of mantras—the Great Peacock Queen, please also protect me." Whoever reveres the queen of mantras—the Great Peacock Queen, hail and other disasters will not descend upon that land, and other fears will not arise. The so-called "hiding" means: being liberated from all fears and diseases. The so-called "complete protection" means: protecting from birth in the womb until death after birth. The so-called "complete rescue" means: rescuing from fierce spirits, diseases, and sufferings. The so-called "complete acceptance" means: abandoning the darkness of ignorance and engaging in virtuous deeds. The so-called "peace" means: even spirits and others who abide in a fierce manner will become peaceful. The so-called "becoming happy" means: body, speech, and mind are happy, and with this power, body, speech, and mind are made happy. The so-called "cutting off punishment" means: cutting off the punishment of kings and spirits, etc. The so-called "cutting off weapons" means: in the center of the country, or thieves, or robbers, cutting off their weapons. The so-called "destroying poison" means: stopping poison, walking poison, acting poison.

摧伏之。毒杀者,谓彼等三毒,亦以明咒之威光,凡入于身者,皆能摧灭也。遮断者,谓以秘密咒及明咒之秘密咒所系缚之处,他人等不能侵犯也。缚地者,谓以其所缚之处,纵有剧烈地震亦不能动摇,且彼处之鬼神等亦不能加害也。寿百岁者,谓远离一切疾病,且具长生不老之本性也。见百秋者,谓财富圆满,以明咒之威光,长寿且远离诸病,具足饮食也。阿难陀者,谓比丘为毒牙所伤之损害,及一切有情为毒牙所伤之义也。汝者,谓阿难陀也。财王之法侣,夜叉之主,大将等者,谓三十二大威力者,于守护佛法具大威光,力大,具名声,具容色,具光明,具神通,亦能战胜天人阿修罗之战也。彼等夜叉亦具百千俱胝夜叉眷属也。凡守护有情且完全救护者,谓一切有情见之皆欢喜,不损害之,且以慈悲心遍满也。息灭世间之瘟疫疾病及损害与争斗者,谓三千大千世界刹那遍满,大威力之夜叉等亦能摧灭一切疾病,且以慈悲之力救护有情也。为利乐世间故,宣说于世间游行者之名号者,谓大威力夜叉之主三十二尊,利益三千大千世界一切有情之明咒王也。

Crushing. "Poison killer" means that those three poisons can also destroy everything that enters the body with the glory of the mantra. "Interception" means that others cannot attack the place bound by the secret mantra and the secret mantra of the vidya mantra. "Binding the ground" means that even if there is a violent earthquake in the place bound by it, it cannot be shaken, and the beings there cannot harm it. "A hundred years old" means that one is free from all diseases and has the nature of immortality. "Seeing a hundred autumns" means that wealth is abundant, and with the glory of the vidya mantra, one is long-lived and free from diseases, and has food and drink. "Ananda" means the harm caused by the bhikkhu being injured by poisonous teeth, and the meaning of all sentient beings being injured by poisonous teeth. "You" refers to Ananda. "The Dharma companion of the King of Wealth, the lord of the Yakshas, the great generals, etc." refers to the thirty-two great powerful ones who have great glory in protecting the Buddha's Dharma, great power, fame, color, light,神通, and can also win the battle between gods and asuras. Those Yakshas also have hundreds of thousands of kotis of Yaksha retinues. "Those who protect sentient beings and completely protect them" means that all sentient beings are happy to see them, do not harm them, and are full of compassion. "Eliminating the world's plagues, diseases, damages, and conflicts" means that the three thousand great thousand worlds are filled in an instant, and the great powerful Yakshas can also destroy all diseases and protect sentient beings with the power of compassion. "For the sake of benefiting the world, proclaim the names of those who travel in the world" refers to the thirty-two great powerful Yaksha lords, the king of vidya mantras who benefit all sentient beings in the three thousand great thousand worlds.
