That which is called "By the command of..., you go," is that in the presence of the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Dipamkara of the past, it was rejoiced and spoken. Likewise, the Buddhas such as the Samyak-sambuddha Crested One also rejoiced and spoke. Likewise, the future Buddhas will also rejoice and speak. Now, I also speak, and you should also rely on the command of the Tathagata and act. Thus, by going thus, one is a Tathagata. Or, being free from self-nature and attaining great bliss, it is the nature of emptiness. Having attained the nature of the signless samadhi and the wishless samadhi, one should listen to such a command of the Tathagata and speak. That which is called "The Queen of Vidyas, the Great Peacock Queen," is that there are two kinds of vidyas, namely outer vidya and inner vidya. Outer vidya is knowing the five kinds of vidya, practicing the six paramitas from the path of correct wisdom, and attaining complete Buddhahood. Inner vidya is correct wisdom, the wisdom that is free from self-nature and whose nature of wisdom is imperceptible. Queen is victorious over all, and also cannot be invaded by demons and destroys samsara. Great is pervasive like the sky, pervading sentient beings with compassion. Peacock is like an illusion, with the nature of illusion, pervading sentient beings such as the three thousand great thousand world realms with compassion, and entering from the path of vidya. Or, peacock is the nature of the three kayas, like the sky is the nature of the object of focus, the Dharmakaya. Its shadow is like an illusion, the Sambhogakaya. It benefits sentient beings and pervades like the sky, the Nirmanakaya. Or, peacock destroys outer poison and inner poison with correct wisdom, and eats poison as food. This causes one to be free from all suffering, possessing great glory, great power, and being endowed with strength, destroying the three lower realms, and establishing sentient beings in happiness. This is peacock.
