Destroying all angry enemies, they cannot withstand its fear, may the enemies be happy. May they be unharmed, this is because of the power of its merits. Being proficient in the five sciences, becoming a virtuous friend, or a Chakravartin king, or attaining the fruit of a tenth-ground Bodhisattva, benefiting sentient beings. Or, its power overwhelms everything. Liberation from all fears, this means liberation from the fears of samsara, and the fears arising from present conditions, and so on. May they live long and happily, this means being free from illness and living long, being able to eat and drink, and being liberated from the suffering of sorrow. Ananda, this was spoken by the perfectly enlightened Buddha. Except for the maturation of past karma, this refers to leaving loopholes, if what is done now is not repented now, it will recur in the future. For example, like what? Just like the actions of the enemy's eldest son. It is also said in the Sutra of the Maturation of Karma, leaving loopholes, even the perfectly enlightened Buddhas cannot prevent it, this is produced by one's own karma. It can be understood from the Sutra of Destroying Karma. I also said: Just after being born, he appears hungry, after being born for ten years, he is caught by others and suffers, he dies from the sea of liberation, this is again suffering. Similarly, the maturation of karma is unchangeable, impossible, and steadfast. Ananda, this was spoken by the perfectly enlightened Buddha. This Queen of Vidyas, the Great Peacock Sutra, should be recited when there is too much or too little rain. This means that like before, after making mandalas and so on, reciting it on the top of a mountain or by a spring, or by a lake, etc., if there is little rain, it will rain, and if there is too much rain, it will stop. Therefore, all the nagas will be happy, this means that just by reciting this Queen of Vidyas, the Great Peacock Sutra, the nagas there will be happy, and those nagas will also be liberated from suffering. If there is too much rain, it will stop, if there is too little rain

The so-called "rainfall" means: In order to make the Nagas dwelling there happy, rain falls from time to time, and crops ripen from time to time, so that land will not suffer from famine. The so-called "the son or daughter of the Devasana lineage wishes to rain for as long as possible" means: By the power of this Queen of Vidyas, there will be neither too much rain nor too little rain. Therefore, if one is respectful to this Queen of Vidyas, then any accomplishment will be achieved. The so-called "Ananda" means: Spoken by the Perfectly Complete Buddha. The so-called "recite this Dharma one hundred and eight times, or five or six times or once, if you want to continue without interruption", then such fear will not appear. Similarly, if you meditate and recite, then this life will also be peaceful, and the next life will also be peaceful.
