O! That is called the poison of the Naga's movement. For beings such as snakes, scorpions, frogs, mice, mules, and bees, the poison of movement arises from the fangs. Towards them also, be filled with love, compassion, and equanimity. Nagas who move on the earth, and those who dwell in the water, this refers to those who possess magical powers and fame, and who can also recall past lives, the lord who has abandoned all diseases, and who can traverse the three realms in an instant. Those who move in the sky, and those who dwell on Mount Meru, this refers to the Naga race also being able to move in the sky, dwelling on the summit of Mount Meru, being able to fight with gods and asuras, possessing fame, color, and the feet of magical power, and possessing whatever there is. Those with one head and those with two heads, I am always loving towards them. This refers to the Naga kings existing in human form, adorned with snake crests, existing in eight forms within the four castes: Brahmins have fifteen snake heads, Kshatriyas have thirteen, Vaishyas have eleven, and Shudras have seven. Similarly, the Brahmin caste of Brahmins, the Kshatriya caste of Kshatriyas, the Vaishya caste of Vaishyas, and the Shudra caste of Shudras are Chandalas. For that caste, that is also uncertain, therefore it is inconceivable. Similarly, their snake heads are also thirteen, eleven, seven, three, and some even have two and one, without certainty. Their colors are also white, yellow, red, and green. Similarly, there are also white, yellow, red, and green, and the colors of other Shudra castes are uncertain. Just like the king, the retinue is also the same, and that also appears in the form of various beings such as earth lords, earth demons, earth goddesses, and there are four thousand and eighty Naga demons. Similarly, they also treat with love. I am loving towards those without feet, I am loving towards those with two feet. This refers to the love and compassion that pervades the three thousand great thousand world realms, the manifested body Shakya Simha.

And may joy and equanimity pervade. Likewise, may I have love for all beings, those without feet and those with two feet, etc. May I have love for those with four feet. May I also have love for those with many feet. This is because the love and compassion of the perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni are without object. For others, it is with object and dwells in conceptualization. Likewise, love pervades those with four feet and many feet. May you not harm those without feet. May you not harm me (those with two feet). This is because the words of truth of the perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni, and the majesty, power, and strength of the queen of knowledge-mantras, the Great Peacock, make it impossible for beings to be harmed. May you not harm me (those with four feet). May you not harm me (those with many feet). As previously stated, Love and so forth pervade, and beings with four feet and many feet, etc., and also other beings, cannot be harmed by the words of truth of the Buddha and the majesty of the queen of knowledge-mantras. May I have love for all the nagas who dwell in the water. This is because the majesty of the Buddha pervades the naga races who dwell in the water, freeing them from all suffering. What is the suffering of the nagas? It is to be free from the fear of earthquakes, rain of ash, the fear of unclean decay, and the fear of kings and garudas. For example, in the past, it was able to free them from the fear of garudas. The perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni was once born as the king of knowledge-mantras, the prince of giving, Omniscient Giving. The mother was Auspicious Giving, the queen was Auspicious Lady, and the country was of noble lineage. In that country, Dharma flourished, improper things were not done, and they possessed bodhicitta. The son of King Omniscient Giving was also named Omniscient Living Giving. That prince also possessed the conduct of a bodhisattva, giving wealth, grain, and clothing, etc., to all beings. One day, that prince went to the summit of Mount Mala with the friend Heart Joy. On the summit of Mount Mala, he saw the skeleton of a naga and said to the friend Heart Joy
