The planet Ketu (Tibetan: དུ་བ་མཇུག་རིངས།) That which is called "and," is smoke-colored, with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a sword, the left hand holding a rope. It dwells upon the five aggregates. During the time of that planet, if one wishes to learn wisdom, one should examine the differences between good and bad before acting. It is the holder of the Dharma and disciples, and the same is true for holding the guru. During the time of the great planet Jupiter, it is good to begin things. Likewise, for other wisdom, it is said to be good at that time. Combing hair or wearing new clothes, or making any new food, it is said to be good at that time. Cutting hair, trimming nails, as well as making clothes, and wealth of animals such as horses and elephants, should not be given away at that time. If they are given away, it will turn into a loss. For the two planets Sun and Saturn, it is said to be moderate to begin things. If one engages in war and strife, if guided at that time, it should be spoken of very correctly. Hair and nails, clothes, etc., if done at that time, will cause illness and epidemics, etc., and the time of death will arrive. Traveling, empowerment, etc., are said to be good during the time of the Sun. If those are done during the time of Saturn, it is said to be very bad.
