The so-called "Vast City" means that by the glory, power, might, and the curse and punishment of the Queen of Mantras of the Bhagavan, all diseases will be destroyed. Epidemic diseases and fears, harms and internal contagions, and conflicts will all cease forever. The so-called "Vast City" means being free from all internal problems such as the Licchavis of the Vast City, and becoming peaceful and happy. Yakshas, Rakshasas, humans, and non-humans also transcend their respective spheres of activity. The so-called "Yakshas, Rakshasas, humans, and non-humans also transcend their respective spheres of activity" means that by the glory of the Queen of Mantras, demons cannot cause harm, and each abides in their own sphere of activity. Swans, parrots, partridges, cuckoos, peacocks, conches, kalavinka birds, and flocks of birds also emit beautiful sounds. The so-called "Swans, parrots, partridges, cuckoos, peacocks, conches, kalavinka birds, and flocks of birds also emit beautiful sounds" means that those birds that were also afflicted by plagues and epidemics now, by the glory of the mantra, each emit sounds, which are pleasing. Kinnaras and the like are like goddesses, with no harm to their bodies. The so-called "Kinnaras and the like are like goddesses, with no harm to their bodies" means that the deities residing in that land also abide in their own state, each abiding in their own abode. Precious ornaments and the like also make sounds without being shaken. The so-called "Precious ornaments and the like also make sounds without being shaken" means that in temples or palaces or other decorations of humans and non-humans, there is a tinkling sound. Great drums, conches, clay drums, hand drums, lutes, etc., by the power of the mantra, enable the sentient beings of those places to hear sounds, and all sounds arise naturally. Flutes and the like also emit sounds as they are placed in their places, which means that no one else needs to strike them, and this is an auspicious sign. For example, just as a bell is struck by the wind, each emits its own sound. Nepali apples, bael fruit, amla, banyan trees, bodhi trees, monkey habitats, pomegranates, udumbara trees, sal trees, etc., refer to the trees and flower gardens in that land, where in an instant, leaves, flowers, and branches grow luxuriantly, presenting a pleasing sight. Tamala trees and the like emit the sound of bells, which means that where there are no fruits, fruits and flowers appear.

Flowers grow where there are no buds, exquisite fragrance arises where there is no impurity, leaves appear where there are no leaves, and withered trees come to life. These are all auspicious signs due to the Bhagavan, and the splendor, power, and might of the knowledge mantras. Hundreds of thousands of gods also uttered sounds of "Hi hi, alala," which means that the gods of Vaishali, and the gods who revered the Buddha, were filled with joyful hearts. A rain of flowers visibly fell in the sky, which means that a rain of flowers fell over the land of Vaishali. The exquisite fragrance of non-humans also appeared in the world, which means that there were divine fragrances, divine incense, and offerings of flowers and the like. Then the gods also took vows, prostrated, recited, counted, made aspirations, rejoiced, and wore them around their necks. They were also free from all fears. Then, this is after the gods appeared in the sky. The four great kings joined their palms, which means that after circumambulating three times, they knelt down and made a request. The Buddha is non-dual, the mudra is the knowledge mantra, and the Dharma is emptiness. The Bhagavan was told this, which means that the four great kings made a request to the Buddha who possessed such qualities. Venerable Bhagavan, whoever takes the basis of training, this means possessing the three vows and taking refuge in the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Wearing dyed robes, the king of sutras, who utterly destroys the great thousand worlds, liberates from all demonic obstacles, called the Buddha's mudra, which is invincible by others and is the protector of beings. The nature of the four mudras appears as emptiness. Taking and holding this category of Dharma, this means placing it on the crown of the head with reverence. Making all understand, this means benefiting all sentient beings. After writing it down and tying it up, what is it that is written down? It can be silk, tree bark, birch bark, or cloth, etc.
