Tri ba ra tri la and so on. May I be well and happy in the west, Svaha. This refers to those who are free from the fears and diseases of the west. Brahma and so on are as previously stated. The power and glory of those can also free people from disease and fear. Homage to you, brave one, and so on, should be understood as before. From then on is the "from then on" between words. Brahma and Mahesvara also, stood up with palms joined. This means that Brahma, the lord of the untamed, also prostrates before the eyes of the world's protector. What is washed by Brahma is pure. The other shore of all sciences means abandoning the ten non-virtues and accepting the ten virtues, and benefiting sentient beings through the four immeasurables. The king of medicine who delights beings, who heals all the world, refers to being the ancestor of the world realm, and subduing for his benefit. Yakshas and Rakshasas, whoever, located in the directions and intermediate directions, refers to the beings residing in the ten directions, cutting off with the curse of the mantra. Below the earth and above the earth, the evil spirits dwelling in the sky, refers to those who dwell as lords of the earth, wandering in the sky, the evil spirits. In front of the world's protector, I have spoken of the cutting off of those. This means that in front of the perfectly enlightened Buddha, Brahma, the lord of the untamed, asked. What was asked? The antidote to the spirits, the essence of the mantra's activity. The secret mantra is as follows: བྷྲ་མེ་བྷྲ་མ་གོ་ཥེ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning） and so on. In the ten directions, may I be well and happy, Svaha. This means that for this person who is respectful, there will be no fear from all directions. Brahma and Indra and so on, should be understood as mentioned above. The power of all those strengths frees people from fear and all diseases. Born from wind and born from bile, born from phlegm and born from a combination, this means that due to this cause, eighteen types of leprosy will arise, and those can also be free from fear.
